Contemporary fish-out-of-water stories. Maou and Nyaruko are both otherworldly entities that cross over to the human world and attempt to *discreetly* blend in (which Maou is much better at, to his credit). Trials and tribulations cross their paths, be they supernatural or otherwise...
-Both have supernatural deity elements.
-Both have action scenes, though Haiyore! is more built around the romcom genre.
-Both have a varied cast of characters.
-Both are about deities living in the human world.
-Both are pretty amusing.
Both anime here feature an excellent combination of comedy and action.
All the characters are great and enjoyable.
Both feature MC's that came from another world.
Nyaruko-san is more parody based comedy while The Devil is a Part timer is well done witty comedy.
