-Both anime got dark Humor
-Tokaku (Akuma No Riddle) and Sonya (Kill Me Baby) were both the same
-Haru (Akuma No Riddle) and Yasuna (Kill Me Baby) got sexual voice
-All the girls were Lesbians
Both shows possess the similar themes of one of the main characters (MC) as an assassin placed in school settings (whom both uses throwing knives and 9mm handguns as their preferred choice of weapons), the other MC being a bit of the optimistic, smiling ditsy shoujo, and (almost) all of the characters are females with a hint of shoujo-ai-ness in them.
The striking difference with Akuma no Riddle than Kill Me Baby is that the former is basically action and a lot more serious than the latter which is pretty much a comedy in genre, you'd be forgiven to think that the former is "Kill Me
