umm yes I didn't like hotd. hotd is just horrible. if you click on my anime list (I guess that you found that) on the right side there is a list for the scores, ranging from 1 to 10. I rated hotd with a 4 for a reason. why would they invest in story writers when they can simply draw bigger boobs for the main female characters. don't misunderstand me, I'm a sucker for zombie series/movies/games etc. but I just hated this anime because they fucked it up with all those boobs everywhere moments. I mean seriously, I have watched this after it finished airing but there is one moment engraved so well in my mind: when the guy shoots some gun and main heroine is under the gun. seriously the whole moment was used to show how her boobs bounced. the plot is the most important for me in an anime. an anime either has a great plot or it's a good comedy, otherwise I don't really watch it or it will have a poor rating. and I really don't like animes that focus only on ecchi. ecchi is good, but not when the whole anime is about boobs.
atm I'm watching the walking dead, I recommend it if you haven't watched it yet. s3 is airing right now. buut anyway there are games like left4dead or resident evil with zombies that are really great. sigh it's good to know a fellow zombie lover xD this simply sounds wrong... lol

I for one am definitely not a person that would choose manga over anime. I like anime more than I like manga. though if you really want to read something good, I recommend berserk, the manga is way better than the anime. oh and it's for mature audiences mostly, idk if you'd enjoy it lol.

yea I started watching durarara. but dropped it after the first episode. now I really don't do that. but after watching the first episode I really didn't understand a thing. it's like I watched a black screen for 20 or so minutes. so I decided not to go with it. and apparently it wasn't such a bad idea after all? xD
well there are some very very interesting animes out there. it all depends on what you like.
sigh I still didn't advance on black lagoon, but I advanced on sword art online. just horrible. can't understand what people like in it.
oh and I watched the first 2 episodes of psycho pass. now all that I can say is that this anime can be either very good or very bad, it all depends on what they will do in the next episodes. if they will keep up with that idea of that main female lead (don't remember her name) it will fail my expectations. sorry I just didn't like her let's save everyone attitude.

well if you really liked toradora then it's really likely that you will also like znt. the main difference is that znt is set in a fantasy land and it has some fan service, though it's really not exaggerated. also the final season of znt is completely screwed up imo. while I actually liked toradora's ending.
oh and don't worry you'll have time to watch the animes that you want to. I'm watching animes since I was... somewhere around 15? and I still didn't run out of titles that SEEM interesting. nope not even close lol
yep it really looks promising. thank god this season ended, I started college and finally I'm able to get a little time to start watching this seasons anime.
I'll probably start watching k after it finished airing. though it may seem promising I'll also mention that I can also see it failing miserably like guilty crown did.

yeup I really recommend the manga. it's better than the anime, more slaughter, better explained actions, you get to know more about the characters past etc.
