I agree, you can probably tell I don't watch anime for realism, I was just using the term to compare the narratives of Black Lagoon and Speed Grapher, In my opinion the more un-realistic in style and plot gives anime more originality.
I wanted to ask, does black lagoon follow the manga perfectly, I just want to know how different they are, because I want to buy a new manga series.
Speed Grapher is very good, I can see how it is similar to Black Lagoon, although I do think Black Lagoon is Better, Black Lagoon is darker and has comedic value whereas speed grapher is a more serious anime, although speed grapher is dedicated to one narrative, and it seems to drag on, but some characters have powers which doesn't go well for realism, but I don't watch anime for that. Definitely worth a watch though.

I will wait until June to finish the OVA series, I have watched 2 of the OVAs and I don't want to watch any more until they are all out. In my opinion I enjoy an anime more when I continuously watch them all, the downside means that it doesn't seem like enough. I think the series is fricking awesome, I don't want to know what happens, but I can kind of guess, I didn't like how Eda is CIA, I thought it was a good plot twist in the 2nd season, but I don't like now the CIA can intimidate the triad, I just think that's cocky, I would like to think the bad guys wouldn't be intimated by the US, but realistically its pretty solid. I'll hold off on reading the manga because I have to buy them, I just cant stand reading manga online. I'm currently watching speed grapher, as MAL recommended it to be like Darker than black + Black lagoon.
Season 2 was just as good, gonna start watching the OVAs now, oh and I got mixed up between the DVD specials and the OVAs that's why I thought it was a parody. Gonna buy the manga when i have money of course, I hope there will be more in the future since the manga is still going.
Good I hoping it would retain the brilliance of its predecessors, do you know how many OVAs are expected from season 3, I hope its not like Hellsing Ultimate with only one episode a year, Although great excuse to re-watch episodes again.
I know, I didn't think you would like season 3 though because it is more of a parody, from what i have seen, but I hope it is good looking forward to it... Get some sleep, it seems you need it
