hmm sometimes yeah
i wouldn't say i'm submissive but i tend to tag along with others and i would adjust my style and attitude accordingly to pair up with theirs
but i'd never do anything out of my character unless i'm getting cornered(let's hope this never happen...)

what's your MBTI then? have you ever taken a test before?
AHHHHHHHHHH
that's an ultra smooth way to put it
indeed they only act as impliers but not influencers

now you mentioned 'faults' now i start to remember i've seen this term being used astronomically somewhere else
i wonder if 'the fault in our stars' implies this as well

i know little to known about mine tbh and i'll look mine up when i'm in the mood to do so
and yes, perhaps.. they do suggest something for you and you ought to interpret/analyze/anticipate it on your own

uhh now we're back to mythologies..

not sure if you would agree with me but in my humble opinion astrology is essentially a modernistic form of mythology as it ascribes human/god-like attributes to heavenly entities, which predictions are based off.(scientifically unproven)
but ya know, there are so many things in our life that remain scientifically and logically challenged so i don't mind the main idea, or the basis to be theorized and partially i am willing to believe.(consider the fact that i believe in supernatural events and fairy tales to a small extent :/)

greek polytheism is something i'm totally unfamiliar with, but my educated guess is it's because of the political/societal nature of religion as it is considered the basis for both national identity of greece and civic institutions, and last but not least an ideology that affected people's thinking and lifestyles

and yes i do
it goes all the way back to the africa right? or are you referring to witchcraft predominantly
recognized in the west? then i guess you're gonna throw me historical facts of salem in paragraphs then

what you said could be true and i'm hoping for it..
if they indeed are so highly advanced and prospered i guess they have no reasons to come after us at all unless they're seeking for fun
it's basically like destroying an ant colony when you're so bored and has nothing productive to do

ok.. lets avoid the ass talk here cuz i'm in public rn...typing on my laptop

whilst i'm not a fan of the character design, the narrative pulled it through for me.
the Mechanics are decent tho and i do take a liking to the combat system and the boss fights
maybe its just my lack of passion for open world approaches but don't find nier's world interesting at all, by rpg standards

well those are just my humble opinions
and i'd like to redirect this question back to you

oh boi... now we're talking
horror games are technically a small part of my digital life and an uniquely thematic medium on its own

change in playstyle did hurt... and those newer resident evil games are less inclined to horror in my opinion
silent hill is one of those childhood games i played that creeped the hell out of me... they aren't essentially scary though
i feel mildly depressed and pensive in-game, for many reasons
more to the melancholic tone to it, there is the isolation of emotions
the unease you felt is very likely to be physical, emotional and psychological at the same time if you're genuinely putting yourself into the very situations

aside from horror games i play fps games as well (halo the og, call of duty is great too(post 8 games are laughters)
for console games i also play nintendo games, and i'm particularly craving for mario/zelda/kirby and some underrated games such as rhythm heaven, wario series and pikmin
mostly importantly im a fan of indie games on pc, or generally games that heavily reply on storytelling and aesthetics, the ones that require you to free your reality self and emerge yourself into the world of fictions, and to make decisions upon many/various events
some of my favorites are: life is strange, what remains of edith finch, firewatch, oxenfree, to the moon, night in the woods, layers of fear, soma, kentucky route zero, the beginner's guide etc

you play indie games too right? yes i know you do :>

and now.. imma try to beat you in the wiring/ramification department

what music are you into the most?
MAYOIII Aug 4, 2019 4:20 PM
i'd gladly take that as a compliment then that i am honored to serve as the source of your ranting kek
and i was referring to your passion for astronomy and astrology

oh my bad, then i shall apologize for mistaking your worldview right there
(initially i did thought that you're a firm believer of fate and we're always guided by something intangible and omnipresently phenomenal[in way it does evoke a religious sense of magical realism])

oh i figured
interesting! seems like even the essence of stars can be analyzed thoroughly via symbolism and mathematics and there are some deep rooted historical facts associated with it

*and the parallel between the star and the mythology is quite odd and i personally don't find them believable (regarding to the matter of misfortune and spiritual level/development; those cannot be explained scientifically)
but anyway, it's a gainful read and i've learned some interesting facts here that could be further used in my writing and debates on certain topics

**by aliens, i don't necessarily believe they have that much higher iq than us but better understanding of themselves and higher functionality as beings who constantly evolve and seek for the higher grounds (well yes... i do think they are 'superior' than us technology-wise at least)

and i do agree with you
i'm a firm believer of aliens (i'm referring to intelligent beings, don't have to be humanoid though)
but generally yeah, surely it is 100% possible that we are being observed and watched by intelligences greater than our own; that as we busied ourselves about our various concerns, those beings observed and studied
across the gulf of space, intellects vast and the cool and unsympathetic regarded our planet with envious eyes and slowly/surely would draw their plans against us someday

cringe culture
yikes...

honestly i have no idea what your standards are but do you tend to dislike anime with emotionally manipulative writing?

*** and yes i've played nier:automata
i think you pretty much know why many guys are loving it...
welp, an appeal is an appeal

it does has philosophical undertone to the story i do admit
the combat system is pretty decent too, but for some reasons i just don't feel attached to the game at all

is it one of your favorite games of all time? would you suggest me to give it another try? (and seriously, you intrigued me here. what kind of games are you into the most?)

**** im not sure if you've played god of war 3 but she's totally a reincarnation of malice for that matter: manipulative, power-thirsty, egocentric..
my greek kami waifu has been disgraced to the guts...

>they always seem cringey
i'm mildly insulted here cough

you don't have to be so straightforward with the reveal of the truth...

*****btw i don't know what woody allen is until now
i guess those who are for whatever reasons associated with that algol star better find a new one...

aside from updating your lists, are there any other reasons that secure your stay on this site?
MAYOIII Jul 27, 2019 1:57 PM
uhh are you doing this on purpose...
you see that i'm intentionally reducing the amount of words in my reply yet you want me to preserve my tradition don't you...

well why are you so much into it then? does it has something to do with your personal experience/family tradition or dare I say, religion??

rip... but still i'm glad that you're still on this weeb site tracking them
and yes that makes sense to me, though you're trying to make it sound as sophisticated as possible aren't ya lol

and yes, we did learned about this interesting historical fact in our science class (small flex on my memorization here)
and that's one grand feat of his that shall be known to kids today as well

and please don't drag me into anything that has to do with mathematics...

but I kinda get your point here
and what leads you to make the prediction that the next unfavorable angle is going to be in 2020 - 2025? do you have evidence to back it up? (not challenging you here, im just curious)

well yeah... considering people are planning to invade area 51 for no particular reasons

* speaking of it , do you believe in aliens? i'm referring to their presence in our galaxy, not the universe, meaning that we could be invaded ay any time under any circumstances

perhaps... I do still reserve the right to stick with my own belief here and by no means I should say that my identity could be determined by something astronomical.

*and another deviation here, have you seen darker than black? the characters more or less have ties to stars

and i do acknowledge that it is never harmful wanting to know things that you aren't familiar with
so feel free to shoot me random facts about astronomy/astrology

oh ok, logan is a noteworthy one, fair fair
for an anti-hero, I personally don't find him as interesting as the many others, and my favorite ones would be spawn, the punisher and moon knight

deadpool is more of a comic relief than an actual character for me, so I do take a liking to him as well solely because of his personality

jaime lannister? idk who he is...
nvm just googled it up and it seems like he's a character featured in got (don't really watch it so yea)

I knew little about greek gods until I played the ps exclusive game 'god of war'
thats when I developed an interest in mythology as well, and then I delved deep into the verse of mythological realism

my favorite greek god(goddess) is probably athena
her purity and wisdom earned my utmost respect and affection (why i'm feeling like a niceguy here saying these)

* and why am i the only one who's talking to you on your profile LUL
MAYOIII Jul 21, 2019 10:55 AM
mhm i do :EZ:

btw here's some extra recs for you since you restricted your lists idk if you've seen them:

ibara no ou

jin-rou

princess tutu

metropolis

ginga tetsudou no yoru

you'll either love them or hate them :s

well yea, i am
and i'm not a fan of interpreting personality/traits based on horoscope alone at all... simply because i don't understand any

well, that's quite generous of you, i'll tag along then

since you stated that you like anti-heroes and greek gods i wonder who are your favorites
a fan of deadpool/wolverine perhaps? then i shall forgive you for sending your support to the worst condiment in this world >:)

> symbolism, disembodied spirits, eloquence, astrology, change ... etc
the first story of the anime 'memories' possesses all of these qualities you're fond of

wait what really?! thats quite a coincidence then, since that's what i had in mind when i was reading your likes lol
the title itself(magnetic rose) is quite symbolic and alluring too

and .. thats kinda subjective actually, i'd say their appeals are different:
magnetic rose:
visually stunning, conceptually symbolic, thematically prominent
the closest to the collective title 'memories'
stink bomb:
a black sci fi comedy basically that reflects many issues that we face nowadays in the most satirical way you can imagine
cannon fodder:
the most atmospheric one among the three that explores many themes with a rather chilling perspective(basically slice of life, in the main character's case)

* that P.S..alright i was going to praise you more but i guess not :(
MAYOIII Jul 4, 2019 10:20 AM
you sir got some interesting likes over there

based on those likes, i wonder if you've seen the first part/story(magnetic rose) of the anime memories before
It’s time to ditch the text file.
