That is the main reason I rarely read manga as I find it too hard to get into the anime after reading it.
My backlog of shows that I have to get back to is massive but most of them aren't anime, just regular shows.
Deku is right up there for me, watching him grow from being very timid into someone who is a bit more sure of himself has been great, I especially love the progression with him slowly learning to handle his powers.
The scene at the start of the series where he asks his mother if he can still be a hero is one of the saddest things I have ever seen.
He certainly differs from the standard MC in a lot of other shounen anime, he sort of reminds me a bit of Nagisa from Assassination classroom.
Tsuyu is probably my favorite character in the show, her power is so varied and quite useful as the series has gone on to show.
Something to look forward to when you do eventually get back to the show is that Tsuyu apparently gets some additional focus in the anime as opposed to the manga as one of the anime staff is a big fan of her.
That is just what I heard, but I haven't read the manga so I don't know for sure.
The powers are all so cool and not just the standard powers I would expect from a show about super heroes, they remind me of the powers of the heroes and villains in One Punch Man.
Have you seen it?
Howdy. :)
Thanks for accepting my friend request, how's it going?
I see that you are enjoying Boku no Hero Academia, it quickly shot up to become my favorite anime.
I really can't wait for season 3, do you have any favorite characters?
