I'm 20 years old and im technically not a teenager anymore and im very happy with that fact. lol. anyways, i love anime and im starting to get into manga more too. none of my friends like anime or manga so im just here to make some new ones that do.
Books Enders game, His Dark Materials trilogy, anything Star Wars, Sword of Truth, Harry Potter and countless other books. i love reading.
Shows Heroes, Smallville, Supernatural, Daily Show, Colbert Report, Psych, Eureka. i dont really watch mutch tv anymore.
Movies Boondock Saints, Fight Club, Transformers 1&2, Watchmen
Music Dragonforce, Dropkick Murphy's, Eminem, Micheal Jackson, Queen. basically anything good that isnt country
Video Games Zelda, Metroid, Mario, Metal Gear Solid, Star Wars Battlefront 2, Kotor, Soul Calibut, Guilty Gear and many more.

Ah I see I see. I prefer the dubbed of that anime, (justdubs is where I watched it =P). Yeah the action that it has in it is awesome. Sometimes just the right thing for a bad day =P

And I never watch anime on youtube or veoh. I use animeseasons.com, justdubs.net(that has all the dubs), and anime6.org. I haven't used that one in a while, so I'm not sure if it's still up or not

I know what you mean about watching action vs reading. I am the same way. I love watching action over reading it. And that sucks about the time. I have to get all my anime watching in before school starts for me. I'm gonna be way to busy to watch anything much.
And I haven't seen any of This Ugly Yet Beautiful World. I have heard good things about it. I think that it's one I need to check out.

Claymore is really good. So sweet. I really enjoyed it. I think that if you enjoyed Witchblade you will like this anime too.
And Elfen Lied=Amazing.

Yeah there are some sweet amvs for Black Lagoon around. I have made a couple myself lol
Other action animes. Claymore is awesome. Ergo Proxy, Witchblade, Ghost in the Shell. Out of those I'm not sure what you have watched, but if check them out. And I saw that you are planning on watching Elfen Lied, that is an amazing anime. (^.^)

Oh yeah FMA and Bebop were amazing for dubs. Black Lagoon is one of my favorite animes. It is such a good one. It has interesting characters and such so it's not just random gunfighting and violent stuff lol. But that is a plus. I watched the dubbed and subbed version. I prefer the dub, it made a little more sense. In the subbed version Revy kept having things in english to say and it was really weird for me at least. But I highly suggest watching it. (^.^)
And I am glad that you don't make fun of Canada anymore lol. I really enjoyed the parts of Europe that I went to. I am going to make many more trips there lol

I watch the dubs of animes that are geared for older audiences. Like Black Lagoon and Elfen Lied, nothing is cut out of those animes, which I really like. And I know people let their children watch the Looney Tunes and that is epically violent.
And yeah I'm in Canada. I really like it. I have been to the stated and parts of Europe, and I am a fan of Canada. Then again I may be a little biased lol

Ah I have read some of the manga. So I sorta know how it ends. And I liked the ending of the manga, so I hope that they keep it like that in the anime.
And I agree. In YuGiOh, they have "invisible" guns as well. I can't believe that they would take the guns out of an anime where they are actually useful. But I mean, I guess little kids are so dumb and impressionable that we can't leave anything to chance? lol

Ah I see I see. I have always got YTV, a Canadian kids channel. And I agree 4kids killed many a show. Especially Yu Gi Oh.

What got me into anime, I think was the fact that when I was little, I watched a bunch of them, but I didn't know that it was anime. Then I saw Inuyasha on the TV and I started liking it from there. What about yourself?
