I can just make one now - i see the profile link on your page :D
That yuno cosplay is pretty fantastic!
Ravenor Apr 13, 2016 12:11 PM
Of course :3 :
Shinsekai Yori: definitely one of my favourite horrors. It has fantastic sound and art with a nice variety of settings. The horror comes from moments of shock as well as an underlying tension which devlops after the main character develops how twisted society may be! It's a thinker though - be prepared to watch it with a focused mind XD
Deadman Wonderland: although not quite as enjoyable as the above, the action/drama scenes are fantastically animated and there are some really lovable characters! The man in red is quite the intimidating figure :O
Higurashi (reading the manga atm but I've heard rave reviews for the anime) - one with some really unexpected twists - really makes you wanna keep reading! (although it starts slowly..)

Sorry for assaulting your page like this xd. Hope you find one interesting!

Yes, they're my guilty pleasure too! Although I adore the tension created from horror/thriller/psychological anime, it's nice to have a (sometimes) more light-hearted change which appeals to my emotional side <3

Monsters Inc. certainly had it's sad moments :3
Crying can be therapeutic! I've recently started to watch romance/drama anime/movies more, with the intention to... let my emotions out... or... get hit with the feels I guess (in search of a better phrase xD). I hope you enjoy it if you do get the time!

P.S. thanks for the friend request <3

How could I forget that he directed Corpse bride! Corpse Bride's one of my favourite animated films with it's witty humour that handled some pretty dark concepts really well. Now that you've reminded my... I think I might watch it again :D
And Big Fish is fantastic... Quite the tearjerker :'(
Ravenor Apr 13, 2016 6:40 AM
It'd have to be between Big Fish and Sweeney Todd! What about you?

Welcome the British Anime Club, nice to meet you! And Tim Burton is one of my favourite director's of all time, I love his unique, gothic style :3

Ah, ok. That's cool. Hehe.
It’s time to ditch the text file.
