haha, i've heard that, too, but since it's my mothertongue i don't really know x3
though i can imagine it being very hard since it allows you to speak very sophisticated. i like that about the language, but at the same time that would be the thing to make me think twice before learning it if i didn't already speak it.

yeah, i really like the sound some european ones have with them, but these are limited to their specific county[except spanish, portuguese, english and german, but there are actually about 20other ones in europe 00], which is small compared to big countries like china or russia, so it might be more helpful to learn their languages ^^
i'm into asian ones as well, but arabic or hebrew are interesting, too. but it's kinda difficult to learn all these characters, since european languages get by with 26 ones and 3 stresses xD

uhm, unless you're already in university you're not that much older than i am ^^
i turned 16 in april and currently am in the last month of the 10th grade, meaning three more year till i've got my a-levels and can attend a university.

but i really sucked in english at first, so i wasn't linguistic at all xD
though right now it's almost become an obsession and my list of languages i'd like to learn becomes longer and longer. and since my parents are everything but linguistic it's even weirder xDD

i try to be fond of all subs, best way to impress my future boss xD
but i like languages mixed with politics and maths best!
and that's exactly what i like about maths ^^
though the sinus stuff right now is, well ... not that interesting ... ;D

it sucks to not be able to choose all the subs you want to ><
it was kinda depressing when i had to choose my classes for the next grade, 'cause i could only choose 11 classes with latin, which caused me to not be able to choose chem or pedagogics, since i wanted to keep english, french and latin[to get a 'latinum' some kind of certificate you need in germany to study certain subs at university], but wanted to add spanish to my classes ... it was really hard to cover all three areas my school divides subs in[linguistics; sciences; social sciences], because stuff like re, pe and music or art were an obligation. it really sucked to fill in the form xD
now my next grade's classes hopefully consist out of german, english, french, latin, spanish, music, maths, physics, history, philosophy and pe.
i would have really liked to keep more sciences in my schedule but unfortunately it wasn't possible, with all the languages TT.TT

ah, no, these were just the ones i had to take final exams in for this school year. actually i've got tons more ... german, english, latin, maths, physics, politics, french, re, pe, arts, history and chem. makes 12 in total ^^
though i don't need to take test in all of them.

i'd love to have chinese class! the only forgein language different from the ones i mentioned above is spanish, which i'm going to start this year ... but some asian language would be nice ^^
i like the way they sound. much smoother than german.

haha, yeah, i waited till the last week before my maths exam until i bought the exercise books i wanted to learn with. then i used them about 3 times xD

i'm glad i'm done with mine, although they were pretty useless ... why do i have to take final exams when i'm going to stay for another three years? 0o
and i don't even get to see my tests anymore. they're going to stay in the schools cellar for ten years and after that they'll be destroyed. kinda stupid imho ...

exams suck! what subjects are yours about? mine were about german, english and maths, but i doubt you speak german, so i'd like to know ^^
haha, that's the same prob i have. everytime i have to learn it's like 'hmmm ... actually i have to study [insert subject] ... what would i rather like to do?' and after that i usually do the thing i'd like to do and study after that until 3am ... but somehow i remember eg vocabulary way better when i learn it at night *shrugs* 0o

it's annoying to see the time i invested in typing a text and correcting it go to waste.that just happend to me recently after i wrote about half a letter size of text and spent 20 minutes on it ... and it still kind of bugs me xD

sry, for not answering for so long ... i've been taking my final exams for this school year and thus was a bit busy. ://

but i managed to read at least the first chapter and i haven't laughed this hard in a long time xDD
guess my kind of humor is a bit weird but i didn't find it boring at all. the art needed to get used to but all in all it was a very nice read. i'm definitely going to continue reading ^^

and i can't wait for those two guys to get introduced xD
