Tokyo Magnitude had it all, all the potential, all the drama, all the material right there. But they had to make it realistic, I mean, I wouldn't mind a really clever post apocalyptic plot with some top notch characters. But The only thing I can tell you personally about the review is Mirai develops in the end, although after annoying and boring audience, she does change. But her lackluster was filled with Mari and Yuuki. I also gave it 7.
I agree that Devil Survivor is really boring. The characters look kind of cool (and they have some pretty well known voices) but the anime sucks pretty bad.
