i used to watch a lot of anime and now i don't watch as much, but i still dabble. i love ghibli movies.
i'm in my last year of high school and i'm going to study english lit at university. in terms of non-japanese animation i'm a fan of pixar, don hertzfeldt and weird NFB shorts.

by the way, bud, I've been thinking... you should watch Oshiete! Galko-chan! it's a short form anime and, I mean, it's essentially trash at its core (like most modern anime heh), but at the same time it's like super endearing and pure and strangely educational? I started watching it and then later found out one of my friends (one of the ones I met in anime club actually haha) had been watching it too, she's super picky about what she watches but she really loved it too.
as for movie recommendations I have like literally 0 recommendations, I don't really like watching movies... I usually end up either feeling disappointed that 2 hours wasn't long enough to build up a cool world and characters, or if it was good that there are only 2 hours of content for me to go back and rewatch, lmao. it's not anime, but I guess I did somewhat recently see Interstellar and enjoyed it?
えっ、ちょっとまって。これはなんですか? I never thought Fang-tan would be your type, you sly dog.
Anyways, glad to see you've got Humanity Has Declined on there, I feel like you'll be really into the protag's cynical sense of humor. Looks like you've got a super solid list already, the only thing I can think of off the top of my head right now that I'm like certain you'd be into for sure is Your Lie in April, it's a music anime that's actually about music instead of tea and cakes (kek) and the animation and soundtrack are gorgeous. If you do decide to go in on PMMM Rebellion, though, just know that once you go there....you can't go baaaaack ;_;
