^ This, I could hug you in real life for saying what needed to be said. SAO: II isn't even SAO anymore, it's trash. All of this cheap fan service completely detracts and derails the series single-handedly.

I miss Asuna. I can't comprehend why her character was altered into this 'shell' of what she used to be. Absolutely no involvement in GGO, and Sinon, who has to be the most unnecessary MC on this earth, that's with the fact that her backstory makes zero sense... like why she has a gun in real life, in her nightstand drawer.

I dropped it this week too, and so did a few of my friends who are Kirito waifu fangirls. It's painful either way to be honest, cutting ties with what used to be such an immersive and original show, or sticking with this rime of what's left of the series...
