I am 6'0, short blond hair, and hazel eyes (depending on what I am wearing, they can look blue, green, or mixture of both). I play multiple sports like soccer, baseball, and basketball. It is funny to me that I am more into the romance and romantic comedy anime even though in movies and other types of shows I am more into the action. But I also like action anime like Bleach. I'll even watch the occasional mystery like Umineko no Naku Koro ni. Favorite anime hands down is Kanon 2006. I love Key who produced Kanon, Clannad, AIR, Angel Beats, and now confirmed in the near future: Little Busters!

Yeah, it had 12 episodes. I know there are many ecchi type anime that try to squeeze a plot into the last few episodes (Hyakka Ryouran included) but I remember Freezing being exceptionally slow. There were two girls and Bridget (I think that was the main girl's name) wasn't too interesting. Kazuya (How am I remembering these names? XD) was also very plain. Basically, it bored me XD I remember Bridget's connection with Kazuya's sister to be the most interesting thing. If it's a weak season, I'll consider watching it.
Same here, the art style was the biggest appeal of the anime but the last fight scenes were really enjoyable. The characters too were more interesting than in Freezing. Admittedly, the first ep of the new season wasn't as good as its counterpart in the first season but I hope it keeps up with the sword fights.

I rewatched some Clannad episodes recently and I can confirm that I have not, in any way, lost my love for Key =D I just hope the second season can piece the first one together and give it a good finish. Apparently, they sacrificed the romantic element and substituted it for friendship, maybe that's why it's not as engaging? I know I prefer the latter. I wouldn't want to put you off, it's just my opinion.
Hmm... there's a twist in Robotic Notes but I wouldn't call it dramatic or that it adds a lot to the anime. A lot of questions go unanswered and the ending is quite weak. You can enjoy references from Chaos;Head and Steins;Gate in it though. I'm calling Frau as my favorite girl, let's see if we end up agreeing again ;)
I didn't know you were so much of a gamer. Which one is your favorite out of the three? I've heard good things about Halo 4 and Bioshock Infinite, I know next to nothing about Guild Wars.
Heh no problem. I am taking forever to reply too. >< I hope this doesn't become a routine or something, on my side that is. Actually I had a lot plan to do while on spring break, which was a month ago almost. But I got super sick that dragged on for a month. T.T Then the lymph nodes behind my ears and on the side of my neck got swollen because of my sickness which just added more pain along with a pinched nerve that made my left hand asleep for a week. It was horrible but I'm glad to say I'm better now. :D
I did watch a lot of anime while bedridden. ^^ I was able to finish Kobato (an anime that I had been planning to finish for years now.) At first, it triggered me to watch it since I do love Clamp but it never interested me so I kept going back to it and pulling it aside. When I saw your recommendations, I started it again and managed to complete it. Yeah it was slow at first but I understand probably the producers wanted to set a good grounds on the characters and each of their situations. I just wished the real problem going on with Kobato wasn't just played out only at the end. That felt super long to wait for it and then they rushed it and then, the end. But it was sweet and I liked that. I do love subtle romance genres. :)
Your other recommendations...You've told me in the past. ^^ I keep wanting to start on it but somehow I am just not in the mood for another Ladies vs butler. >< Harem, I mean. I guess it is one of those things where I really, super really have to get into the mood to watch. Although, ironically enough, I watched Princess Lover. I don't know if you have seen that already and probably you have since it is harem and the related genres. My thoughts, it was good. I was actually excited to see the next episodes despite the uncensored ecchi. :P It was a simply, cliche story about kidnapping, rich people, etc...But the main guy got me hooked. I love his facial expressions. Especially this part: (It's a really big screenshot btw)
And just the fact that he didn't go all emo with the death of parents made it a little better. :)
I did some research on FT ending. Well not really much to research on but you know what I mean. I just finished it. And I recommend you to finish it too even though you were right that it ended right in the middle of the arc. I did start a little on the manga and like everyone said, it was getting super close to the manga. Manga was about 25 chapters ahead of where the anime ended. I have a good feeling they will have a new season with improved artwork? That last part I'm not really sure but it's possible. :)
Why do you only stream on Hulu? I like it but I hate the interrupted commercials. I do have a ton of streaming sites if you want to know some but it is pretty easy just googling them too. :P Oh about romances, don't know why but I've been craving for a lot lately. So yeah I didn't want too much of the little girl lookalikes and found some very good ones. I don't think it is your taste since it is historical romances. In a way, it is more mature...? hmm I can't really explain in words, sorry. I like the setting of it, the sweet talk XD well not too sweet but it is there and how respectful they are of each other in a formal way. Anyways, sorry for dragging that on. I picked up Chouyaku Hyakuninisshu: Uta Koi because it had to do with the 100 poems from my all time favorite ChihayaFuru. The romances was short but there was a level of tragedy in it too. Yeah it correlated with the 100 poems. It was a really good watch if you are ever interested. The artwork was different too since they try to replicate the kind of artwork from the 100 poems karuta game.
Heh I set a side pokemon too. Only once in a while, I'll play it but there really isn't a point in it since I basically completed the whole game. :/ I started playing LoL however. I always wanted to play it and when it was released for beta on mac, I got it right away. I pretty much suck at it but the cool thing is I get to play with my brother if ever he gets online. That is pretty much it, I think you know I'm big on gaming. :)

I'm actually doing good now that I'm not sick anymore. Just got done with a midterm yesterday so I am feeling super refreshed and free from any obligations I have for school, for the time being. :) And knowing spring is about here, it makes me happy.
P.S. Heads up, if I ever see you on fb, I will chat with you. There is actually something that is constantly on mind now since graduation is just around the corner. Maybe just talking about it with you will put me at ease...? I honestly don't know. But can you believe it, it was just last year that you graduated and I was telling you how I still have a year left. It doesn't even feel like a year had past. ><

We're brothers in arms XD Hmm, I don't know, I remember a lot of ecchi and a shortage of plot which doesn't appeal to me. I am happy that Hyakka Ryouran is getting a second season though =D I think that's a finer example of the genre, and I'm surprised since we had a discussion (a long, LONG time ago) about how the ending made a second season unlikely. I'm glad we were proven wrong.
I'm not bad, under a lot of stress from school. I've got exams coming up and I'm predicted to hit the high grades so that's just adding on to it XD I'm managing! And there's no problem at all, I don't mind talking through it in the future. You've chosen wisely with Chuunibyou though, it's a very fun watch with a good amount of romance. I'm enjoying Oreshura too, it's a harem with some interesting characters. Nice choices ^^
... Sorry, no. While I haven't finished it (three eps left), Little Busters fails to live up to Key's previous adaptations. The individual character arcs have failed to draw me in, the plot itself isn't as sad or engaging as previous ones. Even the comedy which is usually perfectly counterbalanced with the tragedy doesn't seem to work. They even use the game achievements that were used in Clannad but they're not as ridiculous so consequently, aren't as funny. However, there will be a continuation after the 1st season, which has already been confirmed, which will contain the supernatural twist, which we both love in Key works, so I'm hoping that will restore the quality of the series. I don't know if it's because JC Staff has adapted it but it just doesn't meet the standard. Unless, it has the best ending to a season ever, I think I'm going to give the 1st season a 7 or 8. I hope it's not because I've become disenchanted with Key (I certainly hope not!) but you've got to see it so we can talk about it! XD
Other bad news to report, while I also haven't finished it: Robotics;Notes isn't nearly as good as Steins;Gate. Thought I'd give you another heads up.

And they are not even planning on completing the tournament, the climax is just about to start from the looks of it. Now I know why they made a movie, it was sugar coating the end of it. And it wasn't even a good movie too. ><

Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo
It is a simple romance about a group of misfits living in a dorm who are in highschool. They have their own complications to deal with concerning their future, relationships, and still be themselves to have fun. I like it. I guess the closest I can compare it to is Ladies vs Bulters. No ecchi though but their are some glances. :) Check it out when you have time.
I'm old fashion. I much prefer the obvious rather than seeing it whole. In way, it takes me by surprise or in other words shock. And you are so right! I did get the inspiration to watch it from the underwear amv. Like I said, I was curious. I think it was the only anime I wanted to see. There is another one from that amv that I'm curious about but I don't know the name. :/
Yes I am so glad the guy was not a wimpy person. That would have totally killed it. I usually like someone in the anime to have it all together when the other casts have their own problems with clumsiness and such. For me, Tomomi was annoying. :P She has her manipulative side, considerably evil and then once jealous, she realizes she doesn't have it under control as she likes and become selfish. It's just that whole idea that gets to me.
It's too bad that majority of romances have ecchi in it. Personally, I don't mind ecchi at all. What I do mind about the genre is that all the characters looks like little girls, you know the imuto type with big eyes and have the innocent look. It makes me feel like I'm watching inappropriate little children's love story. And then I feel a sense of guiltiness inside me. I much prefer romance that have a mature or at least older looking casts. But then it feels like what I am asking for is Josei types and I don't know much about that genre. So maybe if you understand my problem here, hopefully you do, then you can suggest me some romance. Doesn't matter if it has ecchi or not my main concern is that they don't look like little girls in highschool. ><

So far, you came up with good ideas to get us passed the crowds so we don't have to get into the details of running and shoving. <3 But exactly, I'll have to wait for Kant's second post to see what we are to do next within the ground area. What I am left wondering now there may be some potential bad guy in you. You took advantage of someone in order to help us get through the situation. I guess Leia should feel the same that it had to be done too.

You know even though we, people always say it is very typical and similar to other anime themes, after seeing this anime, my thoughts sort of changed. It isn't entirely true because I have not seen an anime like this before, not for the fact that it was ecchi. The whole story around it. Of course the characters were very predictable but yeah just the storyline. Which I'm a little glad about since I have my own specific rewatch list already. :D
In my opinion the anime was okay. Not a rating higher than 6 because it's not my taste but I wanted a taste of it. ^^ I was surprised seeing their chests. Did not expect that at all since I haven't seen a anime that visually reveals that just the intention of it with clothes. There was some cute parts and very annoying part I have to admit. The cute parts are pretty explanatory. The annoying parts were the rivalry between Flameheart and the other main female (bad with names on short animes). But I understand because the main female aspires to be like Flameheart. Same with the clumsy girl. I just didn't find that anyway cute after more than 3 times or so. Now the disgusting part was the eels in the school sport day even if it was only a couple seconds.Have you ever seen eels in real life, it makes me quiver at the sight of it, well I saw it dead frozen at the store. And it was weird to even show that since it was referring to something sexual. But I enjoyed the anime being my first full blown ecchi. ^^ Actually I wanted to watch since I was curious after seeing some of the scenes in an amv. And no the cat didn't get killed.
