Good Day! Love Gintama and Gintoki?

Waji is out yes, as suspected (to readers, not to me). And Medaka's used to the bottom by now so it's fine. :p

And it won't get cut no, usually only 3 series enter and exit. And three series are out atm, 2 new series are in. And there's going to be a new one-shot soon of Zan's mangaka.

Looking forward to it, I really liked Zan.

Shinigami's in the bottom yes, it's the 4th ranked chapter, it's not that bad (yet).

At the moment, I would let them finish what they want to finish. And keep everything in it. I'll let Kubo finish the current plot, if he's done he can decide, continue (okay, take a month -or two- off and come back with some great continuation plot for bleach) or quit? Okay, be sure to make enough one-shots and aim for a next serialization. For the rest.. well. There's nothing I want to finish. Maybe Medaka Box, but then I'll want it to have at least 50 more chapters to give us some decent plot evolving and kick-ass fights, and of course, more character development. The same will go for Rilienthal, it can become another episodic comedy manga, but Jump already as enough Comedy and Gag, so it'll go out if it has material for .. let's say.. 5 volumes?

I don't see a reason why the rest should end though. But what I would do, if I become editorial manager (or how you call it) is to call mangaka's back and finish what they started. Meaning deliver that final touch to cancelled series. Let's say.. max 50 chapters or so. A lot of those series can be something for the long-run, so I'd say, go for it.

That Kubo was forced to continue is indeed noticeable, but it gave me a reason not to rant at Bleach anymore. No time for a continuation plot or characters.. well, then it's obvious you get this kind of crappy cliché work. It's just like Dragonball, he got forced to continue, and everything after his original work (till the end of Freeza) was complete bullshit and the first part all over again.

Naruto will reach it's climax next year, is what I think, I don't think Kishimoto's been forced to continue tho', the story's still progressing in a normal tempo, like it's always been. Akimoto, well, yeah, if you could keep a series running for that long, and it'll still earn you money and it's popular. Why not?

I don't think the 53th will be full of One Piece stuff, it's just the regular chapter and the extra volume thing. Besides that maybe some news about how the movie is doing in the theaters or just some advertisement about the movie. But that's normal.

I would go for Lilienthal though, since Medaka just showed us an intresting character and it's the new of a new arc. Lilienthal is about to enter an arc, so it's still okay to get rid of it. But I had to choose, I would choose for both not to go. :p

Did you hear btw, seems Kubo Tite wanted to stop Bleach after the Soul Society. But Shueisha pulled a Toriyama on him and made him continue.

Issue 53 usually has something special, normally it would've been a new 4th serialization or so.

Besides getting that One Piece Speciall, it's just your average issue as far as I know.

The last time a 53th issue came out was back in 2004.

Volume 0 is an original story, by Oda of course, which tells a story about Gol D. Roger about 20 years before the start of One Piece. It also features the first Impel Down escapee, Gold Lion, which is also the main villian in the 10th movie.

Gold Lion has been mentioned in the manga just a teeny weeny bit, but we get to see more of him in the 10th movie and Volume 0.

You should read Ane Doki, it's a nice read, so is Medaka Box it's just to bad it went all crazy of a sudden. I don't read Waji Mania because of lack of scans. But Rilienthal is definitely the first to go. I just know it. They won't cut Ane Doki and the same goes for Medaka Box.

How can't you not understand the reason why they're fighting? It got mentioned in almost every chapter of that arc. But yes, the supernatural/battle-plottwist was absolutely bullshit. But then again, I don't mind action. P:

Kagijin actually gave me this feeling that it could've been a great series these last couple of chapters. But yeah, it was to be expected.

Hokenshitsu hasn't reached the bottom 5 yet, so it's still doing great. Ane Doki is still in the race too by the way, so is Wasshoi! Waji Mania. I'm actually curious on which third series is going to get out. It'll probably be Rilienthal, although it's amusing, it debuted in the bottom 5 and it's in the bottom 5 for the other ranked chapters too.

Heard about the One Piece news btw? WSJ is going to have a 53th issue this year and One Piece gets a special in it. The Volume 0, which was for Movie-goers only will be put in the 53th issue so others can read it as well.

It will also get animated into an OVA. \o/

And another Rilienthal chapter in the bottom 5, at this rate it's going next. Unless Medaka Box drops, because the arc which is going to be rated now is a WTF-change to the manga.

Hokenshitsu is still safe, hasn't been in the bottom 5 yet.

Who said anything about comedy series? Although the Neko Wappa one-shot had some light-hearted comedy, it was mainly action and adventure.

And there's nothing know about the other manga, besides the name.

Rilienthal will be picked up, we're working on it now as it is.

Although I'd rather have Hokenshitsu scanlated...

Rilienthal is more gag then something else, so it'll be hard for it to be scanlated.

I'm still surpised that HnS didn't get scanlated yet, the author's actually wanted by fans here, when he returned with the oneshot and afterwards got serialized, I actually thought it would be scanlated immediately.

The one-shot itself took quite some time to be scanlated, and it's sad to see that the manga isn't scanlated yet, nowadays everything (besides gag) is being scanlated out of WSJ

On the official Jump website, you can read manga. Chapter 1 of Hokenshitsu no Shinigami is readable there, in english of course.

Same goes for Naruto, One Piece, Kashikoi Ken Rilienthal and FC Dragonball
