Okay I will definitely start Mushishi now that a couple of anime I was watching from this season have ended! Once I complete those I will definitely watch it! Natsume too! I'll try and start it either later today or tomorrow if I can! :D

I'm glad my recs were helpful! I was scared I had wrote too much with a bunch of unhelpful waffle but I'm glad that wasn't the case haha. ^^ And of course, you're welcome. :)

In terms of One Punch Man, it is definitely the most talked and most well-liked anime of the season. It's not the most plot-driven anime, (since it is literally about the main character just defeating whatever enemies he comes across in one punch), but it's so well done and it's pretty funny too although comedy is always subjective. It's really simple which is probably why it's also so popular - since it doesn't require thinking too much or anything. I'd say it's definitely worth at least checking out the first few episodes though! There's nothing wrong with simple as long as it's done really well which One Punch Man definitely is. As soon as I finish it I'm definitely going to start reading the manga so the anime is doing something right! :D

Haha there's really no need to feel bad since I also replied pretty late myself! (Sorry for that by the way!) Just reply whenever you can/feel like it haha. I was the one that asked if we could talk here so please don't feel pressured to visit here more often or anything. :3

Also congrats on finishing uni! :DD

Yeah Akashi and Aomine are definitely the most popular characters... probably because they're both so badass haha. XD
Not gonna lie but I too didn't like Haikyuu at first until around episode 10. Now it's one of my favourite mangas and airing anime right now haha. And Free... well. I watched that for pretty much the same reasons I finished Brothers Conflict LOL. It's bad but hilariously bad haha.

Hmm. Your like the complete opposite of me. xD I mostly watch action and shounen and slice of life is probably the genre I have watched least of. xP (I still need to watch Mushishi and the other seasons of Natume... one of these days I will do it haha.) Blood and gore doesn't really bother me in anime but I can not watch gore in films AT ALL. I get nightmares. *shivers*

Anyways... so I looked through my list and I couldn't really find anything like Mushishi and Natsume which you haven't already watched but some of these kind of have that... feel? They're aren't similar to those animes in the slightest but I think you might still enjoy them?

- Arakawa Under the Bridge: It's listed as a comedy/romance but honestly it felt more like a slice of life to me. It's sort of similar to Gintama but also not really...? It's a pretty random show but you might like it. :)

- Nagi no Asukara: This sort of reminded me of Anohana which you've watched except there's a whole fantasy element of people living under water. Honestly the animation was beautiful and it was enjoyable enough that I watched until the end. I think Anohana is a lot better in many ways but this is still worth checking out.

- Hal: Okay so this is a film. I don't want to say too much since I don't want to spoil anything but I think it's worth checking out. Honestly it's a bit generic but it's not done badly and it's one of my friend's favourites so I thought I'd recommend it!

- Hyouka: Okay so this is a school/slice of life/mystery. Not the murder-mystery type but the sort of just solving small mysteries around the school type. xD I found the main character relatable in some aspects which might have been why I enjoyed it so much! Even if mystery isn't a thing you like I still think this is worth a try! (This is one of my favourite slice of life animes! :P)

- Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo: This is listed as a comedy/romance/slice of life. Honestly, I don't remember too much about this anime since it was one of the first ones I ever watched, but since I can't remember it well, it couldn't have been terrible because I would definitely remember that. xD

I was going to recommend Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun but I saw that you've already watched that so never mind haha. xD

Also I have 2 more recommendations. I've listed these separately since they're very different from the genres you mentioned but you might like them...? We'll see haha. :P

- Bakuman: Okay so this is listed as a Comedy/Romance/Shounen but it's not a typical shounen. It's about the manga/anime industry and that probably seems pretty boring for an anime premise but I really enjoyed it. (This is in my top5 animes of all so I'm incredibly biased. XD) It's by the same duo who wrote Death Note but obviously this is pretty different from that. I think this anime is underrated and not enough people talk about it so I have to recommend it to whoever lol. It's not listed as a slice of life but I think it has some elements of that. I think it's worth just checking out a few episodes to see whether you like it or not!

- Chihayafuru: This is technically a sports anime which is why I've listed it here although it's completely different from things like KnB, Haikyuu, etc. The 'sport' they play is Karuta which is sort of a Japanese card game? I can't really explain it but the anime does a good job of explaining the rules and stuff. It's also a slice-of-life so it's a nice blend of the two genres! I know it probably sounds pretty boring... when a friend told to watch it and gave me the summary I really didn't think I would enjoy it - but this is honestly a hidden gem! Don't let the premise or your dislike for sports animes turn you off this. I think you might like it...? XD

Okay so hopefully you'll like at least one of these recommendations. :P It took me a while to figure out which ones I should recommend to you based off of what you have enjoyed. xD

Also don't worry about replying late! Just reply whenever you want haha. ^_^

EDIT: Omg I just realised how long this comment way. omg I am so sorry for making you read all that. x_x

Yep this is where you write. :P Thanks for writing on here... I hardly go on lastfm these days sadly. :(

Yes KnB is definitely one of my favourite anime/mangas. I really didn't want to try it at first because "eeww sports" but I unexpectedly really liked it. xD And yess Akashi & Midorima are bae lol. Akashi is probably my number 1 favourite anime character for reasons idek lol.

I see you dropped it on episode 10. If you didn't like it by then, then I think that it just wasn't for you since not everyone likes everything. I hope you can find the mood to finish it too though! At least then you can tell your friends that you finished it. :P

Sure I can give some recommendations! Are there any specific genres you like or animes you've really enjoyed? I can try and give you some specific recommendations based on those. ^^
