It is a nice location also =), plus the high property costs in the CBD wouldn't help either.

Well though it is in Mandurah, it's not too inaccessible, since there is the train line.
ah there is quite a large gap in that field. The only other two stores i know of that sell anime things (primarily) are Tokyo Underground and Empire Toys.

I agree with your review of 3x3 eyes it was freaking awesome. The pacing was perfect and the Japanese VA was really good, I loved it. Too bad so many people haven't seen it as it is kind of old and people on MAL only seem to be into new stuff. I recommend it to my friends and they dig it even though they are not into anime.
