Hey, thanks for accepting my request!
I realised you were a big fan of xxxholic manga (I am too), and I was wondering why you had not watched the anime versions. did you just not get around to it yet or is ther a deeper reason? I've discovered this universe only recently and xxholic kei is already one of my favorites.

Wowww, sorry for the super late reply! I got caught up with so many things and barely had enough time to keep up with my anime and manga. I'm only catching up now because I'm sick xD

I want Yuuko to return again, too, but I don't hold much hope for it >.< Maybe Watanuki will meet her again in a dream or something? I think that's the most that will happen. She's my favourite character, too T_T What do you think of the new Watanuki, though?

I know what you mean about the level of fanservice in DtB2 D: The whole atmosphere of this new season doesn't quite match up with the first season, so it's just....weird. I can't really describe it properly. I watched episode 4 today and we were subjected again to the weird mahou shoujo-esque scene with Suou forming her giant gun-thing. It wouldn't bother me so much if it weren't for the implied nudity + pink sparkles. I miss the dark and slick action of the first season.

On a more random note, I've been looking up random travel destinations because I want to go somewhere (probably for a week?) after I graduate next spring. I was looking up some European places and decided to look at Germany. NOW I WANT TO GO! It looks like a fun and pretty place to visit xD

LOL Yep, Ichihara Yuuko is supposedly her alias - I think she says that in the first chapter, when she "introduces" herself to Watanuki. She never did reveal her true name.

And, yeah, I figured "Tsubasa" in Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle came from their journey to collect all of the feathers...which, by the way, they ended up not collecting all of them, did they? xD It's like the story totally changed part-way through the series.

And...xxxHOLiC Rou? Since when? o_o; I haven't heard of any of this!

zomg I read the TRC Epilogue! It sort of made up for the awkward ending of the last chapter or two, and things were actually explained...a little =/ I still docked a point from TRC's overall score, though, for being unnecessarily confusing towards the end.

I guess, in the end, I'm more fond to darker stories? xD Hence, why I like xxxHOLiC a lot, while fluffy, light series like Kobato tend to turn me away unless I'm specifically in the mood for it. I've heard of Wish and I've thought about looking into it, but never actually did. Have you read it?

Haha, actually, you should consider watching Beck - it's a good series and, while there's a ton of Engrish, you can just laugh at it xD Seriously, though, haven't you noticed that there's a lot of attempts to use English and German in anime? I think I've seen those two languages the most, now that I think about it o_O; I wonder why (well, I can see why English due to America's worldwide influence, but what about Germany?)

Hey, I took another look at your anime list today and realised that you had rated both "Ranma1/2" and "Inuyasha" 1/10. I would really like to know why, because it seems you have pretty good criteria for your ratings. I am absolutely not a fan of either shows so feel free to speak your mind! :) I most certainly hope that you will find the time (and interest) to do so.

I don't know much about Kobato, to be honest, so I have no real reason to be excited for it, I guess? xD Whereas, I really liked DtB so I'm pretty excited for it.
Also, I just finished Phantom ~Requiem for the Phantom~. Someone asked about Scythe Master's real name...is "von Giueseppe" an actual German family name? Because it seems to be a mix of Italian and German, but I thought that who would know better than someone who is actually German! LOL
