Yeah, Hei x Yin makes more sense to me than Hei x Kirihara. But...I'm also not a huge fan of Yin. I like her well enough but I don't go "squee!" when there's a Hei x Yin moment.

You mean Norio? He makes me LOL but, yeah, at times he does annoy me. Like in the most recent episode, he was just overdramatic at the end. I mean, it was sad, of course, but his massive outburst of tears just seemed forced. I hope he continues having a role in the series, though, because there are so many plot bunnies that could be born from him following them to Tokyo.

Haha, yeah, I don't know why the U.S. has such a high age at which it's legal to drink. It's pretty much the same, though, in that people usually start drinking at earlier ages, anyway xD I'm pretty sure I wasn't 19 when I had my first drink. Probably more like...16? 17? ^^;; But I don't drink very often, either. I don't really see much benefit in it ._.

I realised you were a big fan of xxxholic manga (I am too), and I was wondering why you had not watched the anime versions. did you just not get around to it yet or is ther a deeper reason? I've discovered this universe only recently and xxholic kei is already one of my favorites.

Wowww, sorry for the super late reply! I got caught up with so many things and barely had enough time to keep up with my anime and manga. I'm only catching up now because I'm sick xD

I want Yuuko to return again, too, but I don't hold much hope for it >.< Maybe Watanuki will meet her again in a dream or something? I think that's the most that will happen. She's my favourite character, too T_T What do you think of the new Watanuki, though?

I know what you mean about the level of fanservice in DtB2 D: The whole atmosphere of this new season doesn't quite match up with the first season, so it's just....weird. I can't really describe it properly. I watched episode 4 today and we were subjected again to the weird mahou shoujo-esque scene with Suou forming her giant gun-thing. It wouldn't bother me so much if it weren't for the implied nudity + pink sparkles. I miss the dark and slick action of the first season.

On a more random note, I've been looking up random travel destinations because I want to go somewhere (probably for a week?) after I graduate next spring. I was looking up some European places and decided to look at Germany. NOW I WANT TO GO! It looks like a fun and pretty place to visit xD

Ahahah, when I found out their names were "Tsubasa", my reaction was more like, "....what?" LOL I think the whole thing about aliases goes back to the importance of names - something like it's dangerous to reveal your true name to someone in case they use it against you...or something. I think Yuuko explained it a little more in xxxHOLiC, since she herself always used an alias and made fun of Watanuki for revealing his name to a complete stranger (Yuuko, in this case).

LMFAO I can't imagine Kobato losing an eye or being cloned, but that thought made me laugh out loud xD

Re: English and German in anime -- Hmm, maybe! That's a good point. I wonder if it's true xD
And ahh, I haven't gotten around to reading the epilogue of TRC yet! But I watched Kobato ep. 1. I can't say I thoroughly enjoyed it. I mean, it was a decent episode...but I find Kobato's cuteness to be kind of annoying o_o; I'll have to give it a few more episodes to really judge it, though, since I feel like the actual plot hasn't really started yet.

Hey, thanks for answering! I kind of agree about Ranma 1/2 which I found rather disturbing in many aspects. I however watched the whole series and found some positive aspects in the lot. :)
Your reason for giving Inuyasha such a bad score was not as good though. :D Once again, I watched the whole first series and some of the messages conveyed seemed to have quite a degree of depth. Though of course it doesn't have nearly as much depth as a show like "Bakemonogatari" which, on the other hand, does seem extremely perverted and unnecessarily violent sometimes.

LOL Whoops, the extra "e" in "Giuseppe" was my fault xD Let's just say that I need more sleep. I had no idea it was supposed to be "Eins", too! *doesn't know any German* I love how they often use foreign words in anime but they can't even hire someone to check the spelling and grammar whenever they do xD (seriously, have you ever seen Beck? Worst Engrish ever, lol)
