hi. first off, I'm really bad at these. I don't take anything too seriously most of the time, so don't take me too seriously by default either, if you can help it. now that that's out of the way...
I enjoy reading manga & watching anime, hence being here.
I'm learning Japanese, but suck at it so far.
I'm taken.
I like music*, stargazing, my pug Karibi, and a lot more.
I dislike stuff too, of course, but let's not go there. cool? cool.
I draw, & in fact make my living as a freelance digital artist**.

(*I rarely loathe any particular genre, & can usually find at least one song/piece I enjoy therein. my favorite genres, however, are punk(e.g. The Adicts, The Casualties, etc.), 80's(e.g. Depeche Mode), & industrial(e.g. KMFDM)... plus, classical(e.g. Bach) deserves an honorable mention. my favorite band in particular is Mew, which does not fall within said favorite genres at all. so yeah, you get it. depends on the particular work.
**I do a lot of different types of things; you'll have to let me know what you're looking for. & yes, I can do "manga/anime-style" work, haha. figured I'd mention it since we're on this site, & all. I do offer custom forum avatars, forum signature banners, and so on as well... again, since we're on MAL. now you know.)
