Would you like to join this club?^^
juanji Mar 25, 2014 6:57 AM
Hmmm I've only watched this one guy before, he's alright. Here ya go. I've watched a few from Canada and Shoshone. I would recommend Canada though since it has more action.
I see, I hate business stuff. I had that as well >< We have 2 projects over the year, both are like 4/5 months. You work in a group for those projects and we have 1 day in the week where we are free to work on our project. So we don't have classes on that day. Sometimes in classes we have to work with that group as well. Because in the IT you work a lot in projects. We don't have to organize meets though since we just meet at school and we have our own room reserved on that day.
Don't really have that much experience with Python. We mostly work with java or C.

No I haven't played the previous civ games yet :p I don't even have them installed on steam because I don't have that much space left.
Haha well, if it works then it's all good :D
Yeah I can understand that you want to do well this semeseter.
What are the other classes?
I'm doing fine. My grades aren't that high though xD But I'm not aiming for the highest grade or anything so I'm alright with it as long as I pass :-)
juanji Feb 16, 2014 2:21 AM
Yeah it's nice to see how those "modern" farms work, kinda cool :p
Oh wow, 6 series in like a week, gl with that xD
Well civ is a turn based strategy. You have to build up your civilization from nothing and aim for one of the 4 victory conditions. Which are domination victory (control all opposing players original capitals), science victory (be the first to build and launch a spaceship), cultural vitory (this one is a bit different in the Brave New World expension) and diplomatic victory. The game is really detailed and there are lots of ways to play and achieve victory as you can see. There is actually another victory condition, when you play with time you win when you have the highest score at the end of the time. But I turned that off because it's kinda a boring victory condition whiich doesn't feel like victory at all xD Feels more like a stalemate so yeah. It might be a bit hard for beginners to get into, but once you know how everything works the fun will start ^^ What is your steam btw? (if you have one)
A belated happy valentine's day to you too :D Unfortunately I didn't get any choco ):
juanji Feb 8, 2014 5:11 AM
I was thinking of reading the robot series. But first I want to finish the 2nd and 3th Foundation book. I don't know if they are part of the same universe though. I actually don't think they are.
I hope all goes well for you too :-)
I really liked Gin no Saji and I'm enjoying S2 right now :p Just really like the characters and it's a setting that hasn't been done much so yeah it's great!
I bought this civilization pack from the humble bundle the other day. Have been playing civ 5 brave new world every day since then, it's great xD I had never played it before so I was really excited :p Have you played civ before?
juanji Feb 1, 2014 3:42 AM
If you like extensive world building and some politics here and there then it's easy to get into. It does have a couple timeleaps(30, 70 years etc), but I guess it couldn't be helped since they are building a world :p I read that the 2nd book doesn't have those timeleaps though. Sounds pretty interesting.
Yeah I agree, bars are nice :)
2 years more with a total of 4.
Actually I don't have a tablet, a laptop is mandatory for my degree :p I have heard of other people using a tablet for uni though. So it might be good, dunno :p
I see that you've finished gin no saji, did you like it?
juanji Jan 27, 2014 11:55 AM
Well, it's ok. We're not in the army :p
Nice, when you're finished tell me how it was ^^
Yes, at first Foundation was a trilogy for a long time, then his publishers pushed him to write a 4th book and he eventually wrote a 5th book as well and 2 prequels to the first book. So 7 volumes in total if you count the prequels as well. I finished the 1st book, was really an interesting read. I will most likely read the 2nd and 3rd book too. If they are good then probably the 4th and 5th one too :p Don't think I will read the prequels though.
Haha xD I just went to family, didn't feel like going to a bar or smth because on new years eve it's always so busy and crowded, not really me thing :p
Yeah I feel ya. Whenever I say I like something my mom is like eeehh why? that is stupid! you should do this and that etc...Then I'm like, I'm going to be the one who does it, not you. This is something you will be doing for the rest of your life, might as well pick something you like doing ^^
Maybe you can work less hours or smth, I dunno :p
juanji Dec 20, 2013 5:23 AM
Hehe only 200 pages huh, I might pick it up when I don't have anything else to read. A week ago I was thinking about reading Les Miserables, but then I saw that it has 1463 pages xD Then I was like hmmmmm maybe not xD
I will probably start reading Foundation early next year :p It has 296 pages so shouldn't take too long to finish.
We don't have a xmas tree either xD
Actually I'm still not sure what I'm going to do on new years xD What about you?
juanji Dec 11, 2013 6:11 AM
Haha well if you really like supernatural you should try watching Kyoukai no kanata. It's really good thriller as well, one of the best. I just finished the 5th movie, it was really good!
I don't think I can ever get into TV series, I've also tried watching How I Met Your Mother before but couldn't really get into it. Also don't have the time for it with all those anime series I watch and books I read :p
I looked up Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?, looks interesting. How is it so far? Yeah I buy my books too :p Works way better for me and it's nice to own it :p I dunno if you should read Brave New World, I haven't read it myself yet either so I wanted some more info about it xD
Xmas huh, no idea yet actually xD We don't really do the presents thing tbh :p But I did already receive a xmas present actually xD My grandma said I could buy a book, so I got Foundation ^^ What about you?
juanji Nov 29, 2013 10:18 AM
Yeah I only use it as a last resort :p If the file has a pw you can sometimes trace it back to the blog/blogspot where it's posted and read the pw there :p
What you have with magic/spells I have with supernatural XD I actually like magic/spells :p I haven't seen those you mentioned though.
Nope I don't watch tv series :p I've tried watching 1 ep of Games of Thrones, but it was so different from the book that I stopped XD
Talking about books, didn't you read Brave New World?
juanji Nov 20, 2013 4:55 AM
Glad you liked them, they are totally my style too atm :p I gues LiSA is a bit rock'ish yeah :p You can also give art-school, nana kitade, YUKI and YUI a try :p school food punishment is also pretty good but they disbanded. I either use this site or I type in google <band name - album name> rar :p
Well I'm liking Kyoukai no Kanata and Machine-Doll wa Kizutsukanai the best so far I guess. Machine-doll is a bit ecchi though, don't know if you like that :p Everybody is saying Log Horizon is pretty good so I guess you could give it a try as well since you already wanted to watch it :p If you want romance you can give Golden Time a try. It's OK so far, it's written by the same person who wrote Toradora ^^ For slice of life Non Non Biyori is the one to watch :p I don't know if you've seen Kuroko no Basket but S2 is now airing. S1 was pretty hype although I didn't see it :p
I hope this helped you ^^
juanji Nov 15, 2013 6:28 AM
That's a nice way of getting your anime back xD I often trade HDDs with friends too :p
Wow, thanks a lot for the songs ^^ I've been listening to all of them. I like Expectation, Damaged Lady, Hush, Gun, Wild and Number Nine. I guess Kim Sa Rang is a decent artist yeah.
Well I haven't really been listening to any new releases either. But for j-pop you could try LiSA ^^ As for j-rock I've just been listening to Base Ball Bear, Fujifabric and Chatmonchy a lot.
Virtual gaming one huh, you probably mean Log Horizon :p People told me it's decent but I haven't watched it myself yet either :p If you can't remember which ones you wanted to watch you can have a look here.
juanji Nov 11, 2013 6:26 AM
Aww you should've runned a scan indeed :p Yeah I guess losing save games is really a pain since you spent so much time playing the game to get there :p Music and anime you can always just redownload without you being there :p
I like math too :p
I only pay a little bit of attention to k-pop, not really that much :p If you know any good new k-pop from girl groups feel free to share :p
I don't know how much you missed xD Just 1 season right?
juanji Nov 9, 2013 2:58 PM
Wow, how did you lose 2TB of stuff?
We do math, don't know if you can say a lot but yeah :p
Oh nice that you saw him, I actually do know him :p
I'm doing fine, just the usual ^^ I hope you're still alright eventhough you're stressed and tired :p
It’s time to ditch the text file.
