Yeah I love Tokyo Mew Mew because it's so fun, it just makes me happy. The site I always go to for recommendations is this one: http://www.anime-planet.com/
Out of the ones it gives for TMM I'd go with Cardcaptor Sakura, haven't seen the show, but I read the manga and it's brilliant. Oh, go with the film The Cat Returns, it's from Studio Ghibli so therefore amazing and beautiful. It's really funny and has a lot in common with TMM.
