here's the real deal:
Eul made dota for warcraft: reign of chaos, Guinzo came after him and made dota for warcraft: frozen thrown. Guinzo needed a site for the game, so someone called Pendragon offered the site known as dota-allstars.com. But guinzo left coz he was busy, then icefrog took over the development of dota. 3-4 months ago, pendragon made a forum topic that he will help Guinzo to make another game called League of Legends. which pissed of Icefrog. The latter decided to make his own site and make it the official site and he called it: play-dota.com.
League of Legends will not be free, only the beta version will be (thats what i heard).
anyways good to know u still play. me 2 actually play on weekend. i have a good number of ppl playing, sometimes we need ppl to observe coz we have over 10. 6.60 was a major change indeed. I'm play 6.63b now, and i still hope to see you on garena sometime ^_^
