yes your review on xam'd was refreshingly good.

Just posting here that your review for Xam'd is really good and after thinking about your review having watched E7 previously and only just finishing Xam. Your points are very valid and I really have to completely agree with it. There were huge plot holes but I still enjoyed it!

I KNOW! I've been mindfucked for the last week. I saw that and still didn't believe... but the one thing I simply cannot rationalize away is Kaowru's line "The Third Again" which can only be interpreted as two things "We're going to experience third impact again." or "The third child again" Either way, it shows that not only has it happened before, but Kaowru knows, even if everyone else is blissfully unaware. All of the rest of the stuff is gravy to explain if third impact already happened, its just explaining how everything has managed to happen again that is the doozy... I'm SO excited for 2.0 now...

Oh man, really? Yeah I put it off for a while because I knew the moment I watched it I'd be hopelessly dying for more and now I have to wait... Gah. What about the song that was playing when Shinji was taking out the 6th angel with the positron rifle? SO EPIC.

Sounds soo good on my new car speakers... nom nom nom.

Btw did you get the "hidden" hints it drops?

By the way Eureka 7 was great, I loved it, thanks for the recommendation.

DUUUUDDDEEEE HOLY SHIT!

You have to go watch Evangelion 1.01: You are (NOT) alone RIGHT NOW!

The series, properly abridged with new animation and EPICNESS slathered on in copious amounts. OST is epic win as well.

Come tell me when you've mindgasm'd.

Brownies are made, nom nom nom.
Ragnorock Mar 31, 2009 1:23 PM
Fair enough. I think its brownie time, my stomach is grumbling for foodstuffs and I need to go grocery shopping. T.T

Btw the show I watched had an epic lulz surprise ending, it was a romance anime and he ended up with the last person you'd expect.
Ragnorock Mar 29, 2009 11:35 PM
Should be a rather short list then! XD

Any potentials?
Ragnorock Mar 29, 2009 11:07 PM
Hmmmmmmmmm. Yeah I've got quite a few shows I need to finish up, I hate having several going at the same time :/

How goes the schooling? I have lots of bs to mess around with and keep myself busy, but I'm guessing that sounds luxurious compared to you.
Ragnorock Feb 28, 2009 12:21 AM
Rofl Bebop is greatness, Lisa needs to start Escaflowne over again because she never finished it, it vexes me greatly that she hasn't. Why the hell is this box at the bottom of the page?
Ragnorock Feb 20, 2009 11:22 AM
Yeah well the last few episodes kinda failed because they departed from the manga at that point. They decided to give it some sort of resolution but it would have been much better if they went with the original plot which could have ended and left it open for a second season. The manga is still ongoing and you can get it here: http://www.onemanga.com/Claymore/

I think I was told to start at ch 63, thats where the anime branches off. If they made a second season it'd be so badass. I know you don't have time for it now but you like reading and if you want more like I did (and do), you may want to invest an hour or two when you've got a chance, you won't be disappointed.

The Ost isn't half bad, there is a ballad version of the end that is pretty good stuff. I think there is also a instrumental version of the op as well. Clare=Ftw.
Ragnorock Feb 8, 2009 11:34 AM
Yeah I looked at watching Xam'd several times, but for some reason something stopped me, you definitely need to watch Claymore for some good fightstuffs.

I think I'll dl the OST of Xam'd, but hold off on the show for now, currently watching Shakugan no Shana, which isn't half bad, but it was terrible at the start.
It’s time to ditch the text file.
