well, IRC is internet relay chat and you need an IRC program installed to use it.
We most commonly use a program called mIRC, but mibbit also works and is much more simpler

enter "rizon" as the IRC server
put in your nickname you want
and type in "#mal-sc" in the channel box
click 'go' and you should be at our channel~ ^^
