Cause Gintama isn't sooo popular in the western part of earth.

And yes. You can really look forward to the Silver Soul Season.
You can say the emotional impacts are on the Level of SA and FS Arc. SA and FS are the known shortcuts for Shogun assassination Arc and Farewell Shinsengumi Arc.
For the fights. There are many fights. Really short ones. Or some longer ones. And everyone is either funny, dramatic. Or simply amazing.

It is same like Gintama°.
First part has action and seriousness but also a lot of the Comedy.
It is one Arc with many little Arcs.
Even tho even the first Episodes are damn dramatic. But also damn funny.
