Hmmmm, well my favourite anime are One Piece (sure there are a lot of episodes, but it is so worth it!!), D.Gray-Man, Psycho-Pass, Summer Wars (movie), Code Geass, Dogs: Bullets & Carnage, Hellsing Ultimate, Rainbow: Nisha Rokubou no Shichinin (it's not an action anime, but it's still really good), Soul Eater, UN-GO, and Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann :D

If I was to narrow done the list to 5 animes: One Piece, D.Gray-Man, Psycho-Pass, Hellsing Ultimate, and Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann for sure :D
