But in my opinion the character style was just perfect fitting for Code Geass. There's just something about CLAMP that I like.
Code Geass isn't just for mecha lovers. I would say that if you like animes like Death Note you're going to like this series. It's all about playing chess. ;D
I think Code Geass was a good anime overall, it had its pros and cons.
The story was great, but the only thing I dislike with it was that all the characters had very long, slim bodies, which is usual for Clamp.
I recommend it for Mecha-lovers, people who have enjoyed Gurren Lagann, Gundam and such.
