Introduction:
Hello there, friend!
We at the Australian & New Zealand Anime Club are proud to present... Our very first newsletter!

This community was founded on the 28th of January - 2015, and since that time we've come a very long way.
You are only reading this because YOU made it possible by being a very important piece of what makes this club what it is.

That said, we are happy to announce that we're coming close to reaching the 1,000 Member Milestone!
It's a wonderful thing to know that there are so many fellow Aussies and Kiwis who love Anime and we hope that we only continue to grow from here on out.

About the newsletter:
So you might ask, what's this newsletter all about?
Well, great question. We've scratched our heads a few times and figured that this newsletter will be dedicated to letting you know that we're active!

Despite the substantial growth of our club, there is still a handful of you that we still haven't had the pleasure of getting to know.
We want you to understand that this is a safe and fun club, but if you're shy then we're not going to force you to participate, this is simply to remind you that there is a place for everyone at this club, so if you ever warm up - come and say hi!

Here's what's happening right now:
We have a wide selection of club activities that you can participate in, from anime discussion to club games or casual conversation.
Anyone in the club is free to make up whatever thread they feel would interest people!

What we hopefully have planned for the future:
GFX Competitions, Giveaways, Club Member of the Month, Gaming Groups and more!

So, other than that, there isn't much to say this time around but hopefully the next time we have to do this, there is much more to look forward to.
We again are thankful to have you, and hope that you come and have some fun with us sometime soon.

- Yours truly,
The Australian & New Zealand Anime Club.

Fair enough, I haven't seen those x-x
Do they stick to the manga ending or do they change the ending? o:

I'm a Darker Than Black fan, too. :) I miss that series.

Since the game ended in the prequel with Yukki as the winner, I don't see the meaning for any weight. The darkness of Mirai Nikki is over imo. The humor in the beginning can turn a viewer off though, but I thought it was a good way to go considering Yuno's memory loss.

I actually haven't heard of an anime going beyond a manga. The only ones I can think of are Naruto and Bleach because of fillers.
The fillers only happened because the anime was closing in on the manga.

So you're saying it would've been better if the OVA was longer? I personally never saw Mirai Nikki as a tearjerker and thought of Redial as being a quick ending to avoid leaving the fans hanging. Of course, we're all free to an opinion.

O! and things to watch

1. ergo proxy
2.psycho pass
3.ghost in the shell (all seasons)
4.neon genesis evangelion

Usually MAL won't allow a review until the reviewer has it as "Completed" on their anime list, but that's fine. I see it now. So what exactly did you mean by this: "come on, you haven't seen the love of your life in 1000-10,000 years Yukki! Writers please give this some time!" Are you judging Yukki's emotions? Given Yuno and Yukki's situations, I found it fair enough.

I felt that Redial was a great ending knowing the the anime ended quite a bit short of the true ending of the manga.
How could there be a season two knowing that Redial finished up the completed manga?
There is no more material for the people to adapt into an anime.
simon999 Dec 5, 2013 7:00 AM
liked the mirai nikki redial review no longer a need for me to write one lol
Demi_V Dec 5, 2013 6:05 AM
How are you able to review Mirai Nikki Redial when it's still in your PTW list?
Kwertie Sep 11, 2013 4:35 AM
Baccano, It's pretty popular so you've probably heard of it. And you also might like Gankutsuou, which is similar to monster.
It’s time to ditch the text file.
