I'm not really female. XD Alright, maybe that's not quite true. The past few months, I've been dwelling on whether I want to be someone whose female or male. I like being female, on the internet, here, because I just... like it. I like smiling and being happy and feeling, in I guess a strange sense, content in that form. In real life... on one hand, I'm quite lazy, so yeah, that sucks, but I recently got back into university. So that's always fun~. In real life, I'm lazy enough to be happy with myself, but I wonder... if I might enjoy being female, around the people I trust, more. That idea makes me smile. I like manga and also, I do watch and like characters from hentai. I have no clue why old men with fat penis's are so liked in them, so most of the time, I like yuri because the romance element is beyond sweet. It's usually sensual and rather beautiful. ^^~ One of the reasons being a girl sounded so sweet.

Wow, I read the synopsis and it sounds awsome! I love manga where gender identity is discussed! :D
And konbanwa! Genki desu ka, OlivriaNoel-san? (are you well?/ how are you?) ^^
In "desu" the u is silent, so it is prunounced "dess".
When I first started studying Japanese my teacher told me that "desu" doesn't actually mean anything, it is just something that Japanese people add so that the sentence will have more words xD
Later i foud out that it is a general form of "is" or "are" and can be used to make a sentence more formal or give it more substance, but it can also be left out of a sentence completely.
So instead of saying "kawaii desu!" (cute) one could just say "Kawaii" and it would have the same meaning anyway.. it ca be hard to grasp at first, but you'll get used to it in no time! :D
It is usually placed at the end of sentence and adding "ka" maked the sentence into a question, so a questionmark would not actually be necessary, so "desu ka"= question ^^
Personally, I don't think to much about its use and just end a basic sentence with it because it has become a habbit, haha. It is however a word that you will hear alot and you probably have when watching anime! (;
So if "genki desu ka" means "are you/he/she/they well?" then "genki desu" without the ka means "I/he/she/they am/are well".
If I am rambling and not explaining well then tell me and I will try harder, because i just re-read what I have written and it can definitely be hard to undestand! xD

I've tried reading yuri once or twice but I've hardly given it the effort that it probably deserves. Do you have a favorite yuri manga that you would recommend me? what kind of yuri do you usually read? ^^
