I'm actually originally from Powers Lake, North Dakota but am currently at college in Moorhead Minnesota at MSUM (Minnesota State University Moorhead). My major is English with emphasis on creative writing.
I watch a lot of anime and have a tendency to start one series when I'm in the middle of another, this means I also have a tendency to just stop watching a series in the middle then because it doesn't feel right when I decide to pick the series up again I have to REWATCH all the episodes I've ALREADY watched ^.^'
Last thing I have to say is I've officially sworn off the MAL forums for series that are just starting that I'm following because it's annoying to watch an episode I thought was really good then go on the MAL forum and find it full of pessimistic haters that have nothing better to do then say they've dropped the series espescially annoying because I'm an optimist.
My preferences for anime lean towards shounen but I also like a good shoujo and of course I'm a yaoi fangirl.
Oh and to all those haters that have nothing better to do than to bash my opinions and criticize them:

Im also on tumblr and yes, there it seems there is not so much...hate. IMO, I still think you should return to the forum and spread Kaname love.
As a Zero shipper of course I get biased with everything he does like any other fan, but I try to be a bit logical too. I probably love Zero as much as you love Kaname and ofc we get mad at those who badmouth them XD I just wanted to say that I know that Zero is not perfect and he has a lot of flaws and issues. It is not because Im a Zero shipper that I am blind. Still, as his fan, I can see his good traits too and all I want is Zero´s happiness and I dont care with whom it is. XP
You see, you will always get different opinions everywhere, but even amongst all hate, I still think its crucial we keep fighting for the characters we love. I believe it is possible for both Zero and Kaname fans to get along and express their opinions/likes/dislikes as long as there is a lil bit of respect and patience. (I always apologize for flaming Yuuki LOL, I know it hurts by I always explain my reasons).
That was all I wanted to say. Its really a pity that you wont go to the forum anymore.

I just saw now your comment in VK forum.
I wanted to say that you should not leave the forum no matter what. I, myself as a Zero shipper (not Zeki) feel bad to see Yume Hate. I do not like or dislike Kaname, as you know, I only hate Yuuki, even though, hate is a very strong word, but I admit I do (and I get along with Yuuki lovers, how odd). Still, I appreciate your debate and your persistence in defending the character you love with logical reasons.
I know how its like to have many haters around, since Ive always been a Kikyo (inuyasha) fan, which is, I can positively say, more hated than Kaname, so Im used to being flamed endlessly. Still, Ill defend her till the very end, until I get bored. Its really, really hard to see and read bad things about our loved characters. Very hard indeed. It makes us feel so bad and irritated.
Still, no matter what I wanted to come here and say that you should not leave the forum!!! NEVER. Keep fighting for your opinions with respect, ignore the disrespectful comments and proceed. If you dont like Zero, you have the right to say so and dont let anyone stop you from your freedom of speech. I said that I hated Kaname´s actions and I stated my reasons. Still, I try my best to understand him.
Return to the forum, dont let Kaname alone XD
There will always be haters in all fandoms and in all animes/mangas. Ignore them and state your opinions, use your right as a human for freedom of expression.

Hi bb I would recommend the Mangafox VK forum! :) I joined a month ago and its pretty good so far. Has its ups and downs but there's some good discussion there, and it strictly moderated, no flaming trolling allowed. xx
