I'd recommend it, but I guess it's up to you. I'm a natural completionist and I feel very uncomfortable when I can't organize things properly, which explains why I have a list for almost everything.
Still, I think it would be useful if you play a lot of eroge, especially since you seem to play the games that aren't translated. I'm sure it would get confusing to keep track of everything after a while.
