Zeph, The Trickster
Role: Flanker
Lore: A thief of thieves, Trickster among tricksters, Zeph is a master of hallucination a man made of luck and skill. Zeph has two young siblings Zen & Zoey, his siblings are his treasures so he named his dagger from his siblings, but one day his treasures were taken away, he found a letter saying "Treasures can be stolen but cannot be taken back". He does not know if they were killed or not so, He went to travel to Crosswind hold to find answers for the disappearance of his siblings.

Movement Speed:370
Weapon - Twin Dagger (Zen & Zoey): Deals 550 Damage in a short melee range per second. (The Daggers are named after his little brother and sister Zen & Zoey)
RMB - Dazzle: Zeph throws a box filled with Blinding Powder Dealing 300 AOE Damage and stunning the enemy hit for 1.5 second.( Voice Lines: Catch, Care for treat, Oops) Cooldown: 12 seconds. Maximum enemy that can be stunned: 1 But theres a card that will increase the maximum enemy that can be stunned 2/3/4/5.
Q - Fatal Throw: Throw your daggers forward , dealing 450 dmg and makes the enemy bleed dealing 10% of the enemies maximum health over time per 0.5 sec and slowing the enemy by 30% in 2 seconds. Cooldown: 8 sec. (The Reason why that Fatal slash has a slow, because Zeph has no chasing abilities on his kit so this will help him to take down enemies faster). Cooldown: 8 Seconds.
F - Twisting Fangs: Zeph will teleport on a nearby location in his arrival he will spin in an area and deal 500 damage and slowing the foes that is hit by the spin by 30% and giving Zeph bonus movement speed.(Having him a bonus movement speed of 30% is for his survivability if he teleports on a place where enemies are far to many that movement speed bonus can help him escape.) Cooldown 10 seconds.
E - Puppet Dance: Zeph will throw a box and in a 0.5 second delay, Summons a puppet(but cannot move out the box) which has 6 arms and wields 6 large swords with it slashes around for 4 seconds Dealing 800 Damage 0.5 and slowing enemies for 45% and enemies who is caught by the eruption of the Puppet will be rooted by 1.5 sec, And the puppet has a health of 10000. ( This is Considered as a deployable so the burn card that increases the damage on deployables will take effect). ( Puppet Dance maybe easy to dodge or countered, but timing is all you need, for example you are having a team fight and BK dropped his Grumpy Bomb on your 5 enemies on point, With the help of the Grumpy bomb stun your Puppet Dance would do a lot of damage and puppet dance has a 45% slow which can be super useful if enemies try to back off away from it). Bonus tip Puppet dance is very effective in tight spaces.
