True there are fillers in bleach however unlike naruto they at least follow the storyline somewhat. All in all Kenshin doesn't have fillers because it is so short and is a completed series. However the basic plot is very similar.

lol hes 15 while anima on wc in his 20s
and look at his hobbies
u know anima doesnt do sports so track is out
and girls u know they dont come near anima so that one doesnt work
so there u have it no chance that hes anima
