oh haha really? o.o where are you from anyway? ^^ we have like one store in the city that sells anime, as for manga im not really sure! but they're pretty expensive! ><<

umm sites i dont realy know =[ when i find one i'll tell you but then atm i dont think so
you can download it free using torrents though :D
ohh yeah i just checked and saw, you can download from there, but the episodes are slow, the lastest ep you can download is 377 but you can download for free! i think you can download free from most other anime sites too! ^___^

ahaha! youtube has bad quality >< lols there's heaps of other sites with english subs! go www.animeseason.com or www.animekiwi.com but the best site id say would be www.watch-onepiece.com ^_^ you can watch it full screen and the quality is better than youtube as well! :D
