Haha yeah, it is pretty nasty. I've always liked rushdown playstyles in fighters. I also play Taokaka in Blazblue, Lilica in Arcana Heart 3 and Aya/Youmu in the Touhou fighters, for example. Looks like the new Touhou fighting game has Byakuren as a rushdown style character and I've always liked her from the shooters/fanbase, so that's good for me. My top choices were Roxie, Annie and Aeon, although Roxie didn't really stand a chance.

It was due to all manner of legal issues between my mum and her sister. Safe to say we lost (which, knowing what I do of the situation, doesn't seem to be what SHOULD'VE happened. Hell, I know a couple of people who are studying law and they both agree that we had the upper hand). This eventually caused my parents to have to sell their house in order to pay out and move to a much smaller place which wasn't even big enough really for the two of them. Luckily I was at University at the time so didn't have to become even more cramped. Unfortunately it also meant that we had to get rid of 90% of the stuff that was in the house, including my own and rapidly at that. As much as my armies were worth and I cared about them, I focussed on getting other things out on priority, such as select DVDs/games/CDs/books, my anime figurine collection and a bunch of stuffed toys and other stuff from my childhood. I did manage to salvage my painting equipment and a few minis, but lost the majority in the process, especially since I was focussing on getting out things I'd spent hours painting rather than the significant unfinished majority.

Yeah, I've always liked the Skaven but never actually got round to making an army. I used to play Vampire Counts back in the day and did think about starting up an army of them, but I've gone more towards Skaven over the years so they'll be my primary if I get back into fantasy. I know a couple of people who've started playing in the last year or so too, one whom collects Beastmen and another with Lizardmen, so having people to play against could help me focus. I already know I intend to mix things up a little and go full albino with my rats though, since I've rarely seen it done.

Shall have to check them out at some point. I do have a few minis from Reaper and Kingdom Death to paint up at some point, so I'm not adverse to moving out of the GW spectrum. I really need to start painting again, it's been too long.

I'm guessing from your various images that you're a Cerebella main.

What are your opinions on the incoming DLC characters? I'm intrigued by both Squigly and Eliza, personally.

This combined with Carnival Phantasm getting a new season, KnK getting a new movie, right? Yeah things are going to be awesome.

I just thought that Bullet would just be a cool and tough girl. I don't mind her being girly in some ways but I feel like her ditsy personality ruined her.

Jotaro is the banchou one yeah, he's in part 3 IIRC which should be after the Joseph arc.

I think Lili's face is kind of fine, just not as good as it should have been. Her ending face should have been the ideal that they should have gone for.

Yeah I've seen Angel's alt, it's way too cool. It's one of the things that made me consider her. The new characters are BB look seriously awesome in terms of gameplay, but look way too out of place. They seem like they being in some povery fighter or something.

Wait what were those Tsukihime images? Was the Tsukihime VN remake not a joke after all? And how are you finding JoJo so far?

I used to always laugh at Kings because, so far in my experience and from people I've talked to, he seems to be the pretty much the Kanji Tatsumi/Tager/etc. of the game (the bad character who is a noob stomper) but fuck meeting an actually competent King/A. King player is disorienting.

But can't you feel all the JAPANESE emanating from Miharu?
On the topic of the William Sisters, I may be wrong but I doubt it: they should be similar especially having the same fighting style and have grab chain but both of them have a metric ton of unique moves of course like Anna having a hip bump and unique launchers so they're not like clone characters. I noticed they share some things like the triple kicks and the basic jab string and other generic stuff. I haven't messed with Nina at all but it seems like Nina is a lot better (especially in the opinions of higher level players and data) although she is a lot harder to use what with her sway messing up dash cancelling and stuff. Personally I think they did a bad job of modelling Nina's face, even though it is Japanese as hell I really liked her opening/trailer face more than her in game face.

Jinpachi because.. he looks like fucking Turn A Gundam.


Also I really like his super natural style (the fire and teleporting) and just how mighty his moves are. Also he is one handsome mother fucker. I kind of hate how much cool characters there are in Tekken though, I can't settle on characters. Now I'm even considering to partner up Jinpachi with Angel because I really dig how they made her seem like a "monster-behind-a-mask" from her dialogue and stuff.

The voice acting is pretty good but I hate the pacing. Yeah maybe I'll just finish it and then start the manga from there but I don't know.

Oh I meant I wanted male banchous but that seems impossible unless it's Miguel who is pretty banchou-esque already or the Mishimas.. I haven't tried it but for the female banchou look I think I could simply use the tube top, color it white, then make decals for black lines and apply it which would make it look like wrapped bandages around the chest. I haven't seen the avaiator gear you are talking about but I don't see how the formal shirt makes the girls look like a banchou unless you're talking about a specific formal shirt (the girls have slightly different ones in terms of meshes and aren't just palette swaps all the time). Yeah Jun has good customization, I've always liked her default pants too and Zafina scares you? Gameplay wise or appearance wise? Because if we're talking about having to fight one yeah I have no clue what to do against her, or any stance character in general. Appearance wise I think she's one of the more attractive Tekken lasses.

Speaking of stances I'm thinking of putting Anna Williams or Miharu on my team. Anna has a surprisingly fighting style and funny you should say that.. yeah I learned a tag combo for Kuni/Bob off of her hop kick, haha.

2012 version or read the manga like most people. The old version.. is really old. I didn't really finish it but I did see one fight scene from Jotaro Kujo's (the banchou JoJo infamous for the ORAORAORAORA attack) part where he fights Dio and does shit like stop his own fucking heart by using his Stand to hold it in place in order to make a sneak attack on Dio. It was pretty cool.

I don't know about spammable but her problem in the past was that when she crouched she avoided mids too which is obviously pretty insane but apparently they fixed it. I'm dropping normal Bob and I don't really have any interest in Slim Bob because.. honestly I find the fatness of Bob to be the charm point and plus someone as fat as Bob moving that fast is really fucking awesome.

And yeah I knew about Michelle's luchadores costume which definitely tiped the scales but I'm not really sure, I really do like grapplers after all so there's Julia for that. I really have to agree though, Michelle is a lot better than Julia in those aspects. Weren't you saying that you were going to have Jun on your team though?
I might actually use Yoshi in this game honestly. I like gimmick characters and it seems they beefed him up from the previous games and Soul Calibur, also I've always thought that appearance wise he had some badass costumes in the earlier games and even though I don't like this one, he probably has cool customization options. There's also Lei who I could use but.. I can already tell he's going to be fucking hard and I'm no Tekken veteran.

DoA5 still has dolls but I mean like significantly better looking dolls.

JoJo's Bizzare Adventure is a shounen manga/anime is about the ongoing battle between the Joestars (who usually have a first name starting with "Jo", hence the nickname JoJo) and Dio, a vampire. So yeah it's kind of like Castlevania in some ways but in the beginning it's pretty reminiscent of Fist of the North Star while later it's like Persona where everyone has an otherworldly being that they summon based on the Major Arcana. The 2012 anime seems to be a lot more playful than the other JoJo works right now.

Well I heard the console game isn't even similar to the MMORPG in terms of gameplay. One is a shooter, the other is.. what exactly is the Eve MMO like?
And no that wasn't what I was talking about, I heard that resources you get in the MMO help the players in the shooter apparently. I don't know much about it obviously though.

Speaking of MMOs have you heard about FFXIV? Basically it sucked so hard that they've closed servers and will relaunch with a new engine but before they closed it, they had an end of the world event where a meteor was falling Majora's Mask style for a long period of time and a war going on about it too. Then yesterday it finally fell and well, this happened and well this happened. I've got to say Square Enix really outdid themselves on the animation, I just wish they actually put that money towards games instead.
