I'd recommend to anyone who enjoyed Ouran High School Host Club, a Japanese drama called Hana Kimi. It is also a manga, but I haven't read it, I only watched the drama.
I've also finished Boys Over Flowers, Personal Preference, Marrying a Millionaire, Atashinchi no Danshi, Dream High, Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge (adaption of the manga and anime but the plot is different), God's Quiz (3 seasons), Coffee Prince, Goong, BOSS (2 seasons), Gokusen (3 seasons), Nail Shop Paris and Flower Boy Ramyun Shop.
I also watch Korean variety shows and I'm going to track them here.
