Err... not really >_<; there's some slightly more happy ones in the series though. These two kinda reminded me of Steins;Gate. Except there wasn't any black cats in that show xD I think I'm gonna go re-watch them now, lol.
I would watch the Heat Haze Days before Konoha's State of the World :) Those are my two favorite one's out of the series ^^ Plus I like how all the stories intertwine. oh and I love Headphone Actor too. Of course the rest of them are awesome as well ;D Here's the Kagerou Project page, it has some info on the characters and songs C:
