Some of his instrumental melancholic themes are the embodiment of how I imagine Japanese music should be.
It's amazing how his music made shitty trio : Cosprayers,Love Love and Smash (S)hit much better than they actually were and for this too I acclaim him . He also did pretty good job in GS Mikami and Zipang. I look forward to uncover more of his works.

Two of the best composers for Hunter x Hunter: Sahashi and Hirano. It'll be tough picking the better soundtrack, though I think with his immense experience with all sorts of genres, Sahashi may just have the upper hand. XD
