Manga: Joushi to no Hitoban
Both semes are popular with women but severely harsh to the ukes (prior to becoming a couple). The semes are in love with the ukes, but are more than slightly inept at showing it.

Manga: Dear Myself
These two have similar drawing styles, and are both romantic one-shots. "Only the ring finger knows" is very sweet but also emotionally confusing. I enjoyed both.

Manga: Totally Captivated
Both shounen-ai mangas (although OTRFK is more tame than Totally Captivated...) and the art style is alike. If you like one you will almost definitely like the other.

Not only the art, but the persons too. Also the fact that they both categorize under yaoi and school life. They are both cute, somewhat short and very humorous.

Manga: Cinderella Boy
This manga is fairly similar. Not so much in storyline, but the way it runs throughout its pages. They are similar relationship-wise and a very enjoyable read for me. I would mostly classify both of these as shounen-ai. Never-the-less, they are both adorable in their own way xD!
