Manga: Ikemen Girl to Hakoiri Musume
Its a very similar story but with an inverted set up. Instead of a girl falling for a guy who looks like a girl; Ikemen Girl to Hakoiri Musume is about a girl who falls for a girl who looks like a guy. also the writing is better and the story is wholesome.

Manga: Boku ga Boku de Aru Tame ni.
Involves some sort of "hiding" of the true identity (Ookami has hiding of the fact that Keitarou is a guy, BokuTame involves the two male leads swapping places) Both also have drama in their stories (tho BokuTame is a much slower burn)

Both series start with a girl (Aoi in Ookami, Yasuna in Kashimashi) rejecting the main character (Keitarou in Ookami, Hazumu in Kashimashi) over a fear of guys due to them being unable to see them (just faces in Ookami, whole body in Kashimashi). Main characters in both are forced to undergo changes that enable them to get close to their love interest (crossdressing in Ookami, sex change in Kashimashi). Both involve a love triangle with a childhood friend of one of the two involved (Aoi's friend Botan in Ookami, Hazumu's friend Tomari in Kashimashi) with similar personalities and even twintail hairstyles.
