Manga: Kuusen Madoushi Kouhosei no Kyoukan
In both mangas, a special guy comes to an academy, where they train to defeat beings that threaten mankind. The guy is someone who possesses more power then a normal person would, and has some sort of shrouded past that has yet to be discovered. Females surround both men, but in Kuusen Madoushi they do not appear to have feelings for him. Both mangas are also based off of light novels. If you've read one manga and enjoyed it, you may like the other.

Manga: Magika no Kenshi to Basileus
In both mangas, there is an academy where two groups of people train, with two different powers. A person is only supposed to have one of two skills, however, one male has the ability to possess both skills. There are also many girls around him, which seem to have feelings of affection for him. Both mangas are based off light novels. There are differences, as in Magika you either train with magic or swords, as in Seiken, you utilize your ability to become something known as a 'saviour'. If you've read one and enjoyed it, you may like the other.

Manga: Seireitsukai no Blade Dance
In both mangas, a male with a hidden past (or past life in Seiken Tsukai) comes to an academy, where they train people to become good Elementalers (Seirei) or Saviours (Seiken). The male with the shrouded has some sort of relation with the demon lord and the holy sword that defeats the demon lord. Also, a group of girls surround the protagonist and also seem to have affectionate feelings for him. Characters are similar in both series. However, there are differences, as in Seiken Tsukai they train to defeat beings that threaten their existence, whereas in Seirei Tsukai, they train so they can become the  read more
