Manga: Boku to Kanojo no XXX
Gender bender body exchange in both. "I am sorry for not saving your body, I am dying" scene in both mangas when man first experience period in her body. Shishunki is more drama, Boku to Kanojo is more comedy.

Manga: Bokura no Hentai
While Bokura no Hentai focues more on gender identity and is a bit heavier than Shishunki Bitter Change, both manga have a similar atmosphere and art style. If you like one, there's a good chance you'll also like the other.

Both have a main character(s) that hide a supernatural ish secret. They're both coming of age dramas set during high school with romance being a strong part of the story. They both have simplistic art styles.

Manga: Boku Girl
Well, I wouldn't say they're similar, it's just that the body swap that happened to Yuuta and Yui (the main characters) came against their will and are forced to live each other's life until they turn back. The story (mostly) deals with the female lead which shows how hard it is to be a girl, so while reading Boku Girl I felt a resemblance to Shishunki Bitter Change

Manga: Futari no Himitsu
The stories are about a boy and a girl that have swapped bodies. Futari no Himitsu is focused mainly on the romance story. Shishunki Bitter Change is more focused on the daily life of the characters and their struggles with their new identities. It's longer than Futari no Himitsu, but both are enjoyable reads.

Both are coming-of-age stories, where the main characters encounter a sudden change in their life (age regression for ReLIFE, body-swapping for Shishunki), where they must learn to adapt to their new situations and improve themselves as a result of it.

Manga: Ore ga Watashi ni Naru made
Shishunki Bitter Change takes the premise of "what would happen if a girl and a boy swap their bodies at elementary school?". This approach let you see how is the psyche of a child who has to grown up through puberty with another body that is not theirs. Ore ga Watashi ni Naru takes a similar approach, but instead of body swap is gender bender about a boy who one day wakes up as a girl, and starts having doubts if he's still a boy or a girl. Manga: Horimiya
Because of their alternating POV, both series appeal to both a shounen and shoujo audience. The story also involves two parties getting closer to each other because of a secret that they have to keep. Although Shishunki Bitter Change involves the male and female lead switching bodies, the supernatural element is almost negligible and is centered on school life and family like Horimiya. The main characters get along with each other but tend to argue from time to time.

Manga: Last Game
It doesn't seem aliek at first but there are actually many things similar: Both are about a smart girl trying her best at school for the sake of her parents and her classmate, an unlike her really popular boy. Then the girl suddenly has to face some changes and has to handle her new friends and has to find out what this new weird feeling is she has and is even able to make her cry.

Manga: Himegoto: Juukyuusai no Seifuku
If the characters from Shishunki Bitter Change had lots and lots of sex, and only got more miserable because of it, they'd sooner or later show up in Himegoto. Himegoto has turned really dark lately, but the basic premise in both these mangas are people with insecure gender (and what's else) identities who's trying to sort stuff out.

Manga: Ore ga Fujoshi de Aitsu ga Yuri-ota de
Really, if you get too depressed by reading Shishunki Bitter Change, be sure to try Ore ga Fujoshi instead. Same setting, but much less bitterness, much more fun.

Body swaps between boys and girls. Fox Becomes a Wolf is about romance and Shishunki Bitter is coming of age.

Manga: Boku wa Mari no Naka
Both manga are centered around being in the body of the opposite gender. When reading Shishunki Bitter Change the tone it had reminded me a lot of Inside Mari.
