School themed Supernatural Manga which has a Vampire as a female lead. The female lead's Vampire form is suppressed by a talisman - a rosario in 'Rosario to Vampire' and a ribbon in 'Fudatsuki no Kyouko-chan?.' Another thing shared is that the Male lead acts as both a protector, and a source of replenishment to the Female lead. Biggest difference is that Rosario to Vampire has lots of Ecchi moments, whereas Fudatsuki no Kyouko-chan lacks this.

Brother is overly protective of his Sister - who is a Vampire and the Brother tries to keep this secret from others. Another thing shared is the close involvement from another Female, which complicates matters for the siblings. Biggest difference is that 'Sister Blood: Gensou no Tsuki to Furueru Chi' has incestuous vibes, whearas 'Fudatsuki no Kyouko-chan?' doesn't.

Both manga deals with over protective brother. if you like the other you'll like the other too. ( There is no incest or something like that.)

Similar plot and themes. A cute girl and guy attempt to keep the girl's identity as a vampire hidden from those around them, including friends and classmates.

Obviously both stories are about a sort of lovey relationship between a brother and his sister and that a brother is a gangster. However, while the brother is truly a gangster in Momoiro Meloik, Kyouko-chan's brother is merely a pretended one who did so in order to chase the other boys away from Kyouko.
