Manga: Akuma de Sourou
Both have a similar feel to them, primarily that they share some plot similarities towards the end of each of them. Both pairings are somewhat similar cliché characters hesitating and engaging in a forbidden relationship cause brother/sister. If you enjoyed the ending of one, I think you'll enjoy the ending of the other.

Manga: Imouto Life
Both stories are about the love between brother and sister. Both have a period of separation between the two. Both have happy endings. The difference will be that while their relationship is recognized at the final stage in True Love, in Imouto Life, the relationship remains unknown to the public.

Unlike True Love, Wasurena doesn't go for the adoption card and play it safe. It's a two volume hentai with compelling story, feels and satisfying ending. an ending where the siblings ascend the norms by embracing being siblings and lovers at the same time. and of course there's a lot of sex.
