The Good Witch of the West.
The thing that makes these truly similar is that female lead characters surrounded by guys who help to get through various difficulties.
Both shows have a bit of a historical.It's also a fantasy story.

Another fantasy story by the same author, Noriko Ogiwara. Good witch of the West has a western setting, while Dragon Sword and Wind Child is clearly Japanese, but both are good reads with many interesting characters.
