To expand on the summary, Tsuzubara Yuzuriko is a sheltered rich girl as wrapped up in Maria Watches Us as Tomoko in Watamote was in adult dating video games. The heart and soul of this cute series is her fantasy about what having a romantic two-girl friendshp ala Marimite would be like - basically kids roie-playing - and what actually falling in love involves. It takes that part seriously, even though the humor and flow of it is she never succeeds at it, exactly. She falls so hard in real-life love for Natsume Miyu, a new freshman that she literally can't speak to her.
...
Her cool factor flies out of the window. But she tries to stay in her fantasy world, so most of her time together with her not-quite-girlfriend involves them cutely talking completely past each other. Fortunately for Miyu and Yuzuriko, even as their conversations hurt each other's feelings, their hearts sense the connection growing between them. I rate it a classic. It's serialized in Karara Manga Time. From what I've seen in scanlations the parts I had trouble reading are tricky. Tzubara's name has "rose" in it (of course) and I think Miyu's name refers her kitten-like cuteness to Natsume Soseki. Example funny scene: as a real-life Sachiko, not only can't Yuzuriko re-tie Miyu's ribbon, she can't tie her own - her maid always does it.
