Both stories feature a young school boy who cross dresses, but is found out by his class mate. The boy wants to keep his hobby a secret, and the other guy (the seme) encourages him to keep cross dressing bc, in his words, the uke looks cute in a girly avatar.

Manga: Smells Like Green Spirit
With both mangas it was the same: I hesitated to read them because of the cover and the transvestite theme. But they both were better than expected, with likeable characters, nice stories and pleasant art styles.

Manga: Henshin Dekinai
Two yaoi manga involving a male that crossdresses as a female and themes of finding your identity and being happy and accepting of who you are. Both are great reads as well as being pretty respectful to the practice, though Henshin Dekinai is a bit more on the humorous side while Udagawachou de Mattete yo is a bit more serious and realistic.
