If you are a BrotherxSister-lover then you will love them. They're (both) very similar, the brothers have peculiar personalities and at the beginning the girls doesn't have a good relationship with their brothers. 

Both by the same author so the art is very similar; the main characters look almost identical. Though Dear Brother only has one chapter out so far, the stories are very different but if you liked Hapi Mari you will like Dear Brother! (Sidenote: They are both Josei romances)
