Manga: Fruits Basket
Kyoko and Toru are alike - strong girl who replaces mother to the men in the wealthy household and makes open their hearts. Love triangle leaves similar feeling as well :)

Manga: Dakedo Happy Paradise
Both mangas have a similar premise: a girl who has to work as a house keeper in a place with only boys. However, So Bad! has a more complex and developed plot, with deeper characters and conflicts. Dakedo Happy Paradise is more light and cheerful.
