Manga: Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan
They both have a male character who is on death row, but we find out that's he's not really a bad guy. life just happened. They both have some romance and are extremely good.

Manga: Fruits Basket
They are similar by the fact both are very emotional. Shikeisyu042 is the story of a jailer who has the chance to readapt himself in society, being the gardener of a High School. The main characters have this darkness in their heart, like those in Fruits Basket. The drama is as subtle and deep.
