1 male lead in both series has a horrible past they must overcome. if like one you'll definitely like the other.

Both mangas contain ukes with traumatic pasts, in which both were raped by a supposed guardian/parent figure. The semes must help them overcome the lasting effects (side note: uke in BroXBro is older than seme).

Both mangas involve ukes that were sexually abused. Both semes are protective over them. However, they have drastically different atmospheres, BroxBro being significantly darker.

Involves sex between brothers and/or stepbrothers. However, "Honeys" is a short one-shot while BroXBro is longer, very in depth, and contains lots of psychological twists. BroXBro is dark, while "Honeys" is less involved and more humorous.

Both mangas involve ukes that have had to have sex to survive (though under different circumstances). The semes are there to help them through it.

Heavy atmosphere, beautiful art, deep story & characters, men's love and emotionally hard to digest. Those are the points they share. The content is not similar at all but the feeling of the psychological genre keeps you remembering both of them.

Both are with families, brothers.. story line kinda similar. There is lots of yaoi stuff.

Includes ukes who were sexually abused in the past. BroXBro is much more in depth, and significantly longer.

Both are series that have to do with a famous show bizz man dying, and the long lost child trying to find out who his father was, while dealing with inheritance and brothers he never knew of.

I feel I should recommend these yaoi's because they both treat the subject physical abuse. Please do note these manga's differ from each other as night and day.

Both have BL and some psychological touch to it. But Sakura Gari is really heavier on the psychological stuff. SG is about this weird guy who people call a doll. A lot of people die involving him. But I must say that the ending is really weird. BxB there's this guy who goes back to his old house. But finds two other guys living in it, claiming that they are his brothers. Now whoever can stay one month in the house gets the house. Read them!! They're really good !! xD

Both are about 3 brothers living together with a little love mixed in; Brother x Brother is a bit darker though.

Both series have to do with some type of romance between "brothers" while also touching on the subject of family. The two share a psychological storyline but Brother x Brother is a little bit more intense. The two have great art as well.
